Quality Inn & Suites

Both times I've stayed here this past year, I've had to wait about 20 minutes before getting my room because they were still cleaning. That's fine, doesn't bother me. I get what understaffed and overworked feels like, so I recommend showing up about an hour AFTER check-in. With this trip, our bathroom door didn't latch, the toilet barely flushed, the bathroom smelled kind of weird, the TV only got 2 channels, the hot tub was down so that was kind of a bummer, but the real kicker was how funky our blankets and sheets smelled. Both my boyfriend and I noticed it when we first got into bed but didn't say anything about it until it just came up in conversation the next morning. We chalked it up to the cross country group that booked out the hotel the night before, but you'd think a good wash would take the smell of B.O. out of the blanket. Honestly, I doubt they were actually washed. Anyway, at least the staff was nice.
