Key not working, didnt got a new room card whole day… Receptionist not nice

Unfortunately this stay was really uncomfortable from the very beginning. The bedspread had multiple stains, the sleeper sofa mattress was disgusting, the door looked liked someone tried to force it open with a crowbar and there was a one inch gap under the door that allowed every passing sound into the room and there so were many of them. Running, screaming kids, drunk adults, and TONS of doors opening and closing up and down the hallway at all hours. We were in Peoria for Spring Training Baseball, couldn’t find another place to stay on short notice and so decided to stay put for two sleepless nights. Too many things to list, I just would never stay there again. Noisy, dirty and Expensive!!

Pretty fair for the price. Pretty much what I expected. Older hotel, but the rooms were clean and service was good.

The room had outdoor lights on all night. I did not sleep well. The room needs darker light blocker shades.
I will never stay there again.

Your hotel room was very nice, definitely roomy enough for the three of us. However, we had a very poor experience with housekeeping. We stayed for four nights, and even though we requested daily housekeeping and were told we were on the list for that, we had only two days of service.
Additionally, two of us are allergic to feathers and had requested all feather pillows be removed from our rooms. After checking in (we informed the hotel we would be a late check-in) our room contained some feather pillows. When we reminded the front desk attendant of our request, we were told that because we checked in late, they had no polyester pillows left to give us.

The comfort of the beds at Comfort Suites left much to be desired, unless you enjoy cinderblocks covered in cardboard. Otherwise, the stay was fine.

The room I stayed in had water stains on the ceiling. The pull out couch mattress had food in it. The ac squeaked loudly. The room smelled musty.

The staff was welcoming and the hotel is clean. The room was spacious with a nice sized bathroom and shower with good water pressure. The location was ideal for walking to the Peoria Sports Complex (maybe 10 minute walk). However, the freeway noise was pretty constant. There were plenty of restaurants nearby. The bed was spring-based (not gel or memory foam) and quite stiff. There were plenty of pillows with various levels of softness. Not sure it is a value for the prices paid.

Nice hotel. Located close to shopping and eating establishments. Facilities appear updated and well maintained. Service was excellent and professional.
