Premier Inn Penzance

Premier Inns are our go to for afforable, reliable family stays. Its a bonus that the kids love the breakfast! This hotel is in an excellent location, right near some parking and the train station. We visited the Minack, St Michael's Mount and a few other local gems whilst in the area. There isn't a logical road crossing where you'd like it to be, but the roads are fairly quiet. We stayed 2 nights and walked into town for an all you can eat Chinese and after a very very long day ate at the hotel, I was worried they wouldn't be able to accommodate us but the staff were great and made sure we had a table and pur children were made to feel very welcome. The staff throughout the whole time were amazing, especially Luke and Eden. Thank you for being so amazing with our children, you made a stay away from home extra special.

The location is excellent, right by the train and the bus stations. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet and clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast space was crowded on Saturday morning, so there were delays while waiting for a table but the staff did their best and the breakfast was acceptable, if not exactly awe-inspiring. All in all, a good place to stay in Penzance.

The room was lovely and clean, the bathroom was immaculate no mould in sight lovely clean shower. The bed was exceptionally comfortable cosy and extra pillows were most welcome. Temperature easy to change to suit our needs. Very nice hardworking staff. Breakfast continental was good value for money.

This is the 10th Premier Inn in which I, (rather fussy about standards,) have stayed. That in itself speaks volumes, but this is one of the tops. Not just for its location with easy access to main line trains and buses to all of Cornwall, but for its day to day caring and friendly staff - on this occasion they and the Manager at the time (Samantha) were a huge support during and after a medical emergency of my companion. Premier definitely deserves its name. Thank you. XXX

Great stay , almost giving up Premier inn stays due to falling of standards however this Hotel was lovely spotless room /large fluffy towels/very comfortable bed /lovely view of the harbour /very pleasant and helpfull staff /good food evening meals great choose and great hot breakfast / amazing location /well done to all the team i will recommend and stay again

Premier Inn Penzance is located very close to the harbour and the seaside as well. Highly recommend this hotel for vacation seeks. We took Ferry to Scilly Islands as well one day which was as well perfect trip as the Blue coral Aquarium in Newquay. The hotel is ID4 newly reconstructed, with Premier Plus rooms as well, staff is amazing and the peace of the town is very relaxing in comparison to Reading.

We used Penzance Premier Inn for a group event and we had a brilliant experience. We could not have asked for more. Excellent staff, helpful and organised. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the food in the restaurant was brilliant. They coped with our large booking brilliantly. Definitely recommend and would not hesitate to return.
