Staff was extremely nice and very accommodating. Hotel could use some maintenance but it is good value price

It was a good stay by the water with a beautiful view in the back. I would stay again and it’s fairly priced

When we arrived to check-in, the first thing I noticed was the smell. The lobby had an old, stale smell. I was hoping my room would be okay, but that wasn't the case. The minute we opened the door we noticed it also had the same stale smell along with a body odor/unclean smell. We canceled the reservation and when she asked why, I told her, the smell/cleanliness of the room. She didn't act the least bit surprised and never once apologized. She offered to give me an upgrade? I declined. If the first room was not clean, why would I want another? She quickly told me I could cancel but would not be refunded any of the $160.00 we paid to stay there.
We canceled and left. Do not waste your money. The room was terrible and the customer service was even worse.

It's a nice place.The room needs to be modernized . Bathroom was tiny. It's was clean. View was very nice.

This property is beach/Ocean front. From my room, a studio, I had an incredible view of the Ocean. And it was a few steps from it. Incredible experience!

Beautiful, convenient location. Arrived just before sunset to witness a beautiful sunset from the private beach area.
Staff was friendly and wecoming. Older complex. Room convenient, clean and comfortable. Two restaurants close, we chose the Thai one which was very good and inexpensive.
Breakfast was good in a lovely area with a view that is an Italian restaurant at night.
Quick drive to the beaches or across the bridge into Pensacola.

We had a five night stay. We checked in on Monday at 7:00 Thursday evening, our room had not been serviced. When we called the front desk we were told they only service the rooms every 3 days and if we needed anything we could come to the front desk. The amenities they provide are for one day, soap, shampoo, coffee… why are my dollars different than someone spending one night??
If this is the new norm for Choice Hotels, I will be find a different chain to spend my lodging dollars with!

The place is falling apart, duct tape holding an electrical box together, poorly repaired pot holes, doors rusting out, walls cracking, ac unit not working, lose electrical outlets such that links kept flickering, phone lines full of static, wifi that is more like dial up,
