Terrible service! We extended our stay another day and asked for room service. We wanted to explore the city and hoped to come back to a clean room and new towels. However, the housekeeper gave us a bad attitude and said we’d have to wait til checkout for her to come and clean the room! We said that wouldn’t work because we’re leaving the next day, and so she threw us some fresh linens and told us to do it ourselves! We came back around 9pm and found the room how we left it. I went to the front desk and told them what happened and asked for new towels. The guy wasn’t helpful at all, only said that he sent a text to the staff group chat to come to our room the next morning to give us new towels, and said he couldn’t do anything about it anymore. Next day we waited and waited for the housekeeper and no one showed up. I’m incredibly disappointed with the staff and the service here. We will not be going back.

There was no full breakfast, not even coffee. We passed a terrible noisy night. We called several times to complain about a very noisy child and tv and even went to the front desk to ask if we could be moved to another room, but the hotel was fully booked. The front desk person suggested for us to check out at 2:00 am rather than the other family making the noise. The person at the front desk who spoke to the room next door made it seem like we were the ones that were causing the inconvenience. We still had to pay for the room. It was not comped when we asked for a refund. The room itself was dirty and the towels were very old. Your money is better spent elsewhere Do not stay here!!!

Would not stay there again even at the low price. Condition of room was substandard, poorly maintained. Faucets for sink and shower needed attention/repair. Towels had dirt stains, floor dirty. Shoddy repair work. Wished I had listened to poor reviews and found other lodging.

Breakfast is very bad, always empty, this is a breakfast served... You ask the hotel front desk, they always have a reason!

The person at the check-in was very sweet and nice. The bed was very comfortable, but I’m not sure if the sheets were clean, they didn’t smell bad, but because of the way the hotel looks, makes us think that the sheets are not washed. The hotel needs repairs. It really needs an upgrade. I didn’t feel secure.

Room was ok. Floor was dirty. Shower doesn't drain. Remote for tv didn't work. Phone to call front desk doesn't work. Thenlist keeps going. You get what you pay for.

Wonderful staff and room but the hallway to the room is musky kinda smelt like a gym lol but once in the room was a nice place

The place smelled awful of stale smoke- even in my nonsmoking room. There was even a cigarette burn hole on my comforter. The building was very worn. Breakfast was not great- toast, bagels, cereal, and waffles. The juice machine was broken. Everyone shared one stick of hard as a rock butter. There was nothing else to put on the bagels or toast. The coffee was thick and gross. The front door to the hotel was very hard to open.
