The back of the condo faces the Santa Rosa Sound and is known for its calm and shallow waters –– the perfect place for water sports like swimming, kayaking (a kayak and paddle board are available to use at your own risk), fishing and an ideal spot for small kids to play. You can't beat the sunsets. The interior is newly renovated with beach cottage vibes and is professionally cleaned and maintained to ensure guest satisfaction. The primary bedroom has a king bed, walk-in shower, jetted jacuzzi tub and spectacular views. The guest room has one queen bed, full bathroom with tub and shower combo and view of the beach. The main floor opens to the back deck overlooking the water. The open concept kitchen seats 4 at the bar and 6 in the main dining area. The living area is roomy with a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.
