This is a four season rental and has access to snowmobile trails, ice fishing, boating, bass fishing and swimming. The Master Bedroom has a King sized bed with a private full bathroom. The second bedroom is made up of bunk beds and two twin beds. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. The kitchen is beautiful and allows for seating at the bar or at the dining table. The living room has a 70 inch smart tv and leather couches & recliner.The home is pine walls throughout the home which gives a cozy cabin feel. The house has a beautiful wrap around porch . There is a dock to keep your boat while on vacation.The home is private, sits on a two acre lot and has 200 ft. of waterfront. The downtown of Lincoln is five minutes away where you can go shopping and go out to eat. The home will have two paddle boards for use by renters. The home is 45 miles North from Bangor. Millinocket is 50 miles North from the home where beautiful Mount Katahdin & Baxter State Park are located.
