We have fully recorded and deeply reflected on the issues you raised, such as the hotel's outdated facilities, poor cleanliness, average service, and long waiting times for the elevator.The outdated state of the hotel is indeed a reality we cannot avoid, but it is precisely what drives our plan for renovation and upgrading. Regarding the hygiene condition of the bathroom, we have strengthened the training and supervision of our housekeeping staff to ensure that the cleaning work is meticulous. In terms of service, we will conduct special training on service awareness for our employees to improve their service levels.
