Hotel in zona Plassey Square, Penarth

L'hotel è basso, ma facile da trovare, ho un pianoforte. Era carino e teso, ma aveva un odore divertente, il letto era comodo e tutto andava bene. Sono un grande uomo, quindi mi sentivo un po'piccolo, facile da entrare e uscire. È stato un piacere tenere il mio sacchetto, molto ragionevolmente costoso.

Il posto è vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, devo andare, circa 13 minuti, un po'difficile per la famiglia degli anziani.La stanza è pulita e l'apparecchiatura è completa, ma non può essere utilizzata WiFi (non può essere collegata a WiFi), l'esperienza è generalmente.

Non è l'hotel che ha il problema, è il proprietario/gestore dell'hotel. Non solo era sbagliato, ma il suo servizio clienti è abominabile. Il suo personale si occupava molto bene, ma doveva interferire nel minare loro e noi, come ospiti sono un uomo sposato di 62 anni e sono stato detto che ora ha i nostri soldi, può ordinarci di uscire, Non credo sia la posizione giusta da affrontare con i suoi ospiti, e questo è stato prima di avere anche le chiavi della nostra stanza. Se non fosse per i clienti perché io stesso la sua attività non sopravvivrebbe e dopo l'epidemia di codardo, pensate che prenderà più apprezzamento di lasciare le persone al suo hotel, io ho viaggiato nel mondo e non ho mai fatto un recensione prima, ma io Non poteva lasciare che gli ospiti futuri fossero trattati in modo così sgradevole come questo hoteliere mi ha trattato

Abbiamo avuto una grande esperienza qui.Abbiamo aggiornato le nostre camere gratis e la camera era troppo buona con la vista.Amo passare il tempo alla piscina e alla sauna.Certamente raccomandato

Le camere erano ragionevolmente buone, ma Aircon sembrava essere in ritardo dopo un certo periodo che non era il migliore durante l’onda di calore. Nessun parcheggio fornito dall'hotel, anche se c'era un parcheggio vicino. Nessuna piscina disponibile. Il ristorante / bar ha fornito cibo di buona qualità, anche se la cucina è stata chiusa / fermata per ordinare cibo troppo presto.

La struttura è stata molto attraente, con un'aria condizionata e un'aria condizionata. La camera aveva tutte le strutture necessarie per un soggiorno confortevole, dal bagno ai vestiti, tutti forniscono un'atmosfera rilassante. Sicuramente resterà di nuovo, grazie a tutti coloro che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno così bello. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I was here for one night with a tour group and was grateful it was only one night. This hotel is right in the city of Cardiff, across from a Cineplex and shopping. I was on a second floor. No air conditioning so be prepared to leave your windows open if it's warm and to hear street noises. It's not the hotel's faulty, but there was a stag party going on across the street at the pub and they were singing and yelling until 3:30 am- not exactly helping anyone to sleep. (If there had air-conditioning, you could keep your windows closed and not hear as much noise). The room was unspectacular but fairly clean. The hotel could have used a makeover. It was adequate for the time I spent there but I'd never return. The hallways are very confusing for exits and entrances. The lobby is particularly strange (see the photos). The buffet breakfast was just okay and it was overrun with tour groups like ours- making for shuffling and pushing your way through the crowds to get coffee and food. It was a ”meh” for me.

We stayed at the Hilton Cardiff for four days at the end of March 2023. We really enjoyed our stay! The people at reception made us feel very welcomed, and couldn’t have been nicer! ALL of the people who work here were extremely friendly and helpful. We wanted to give a special thank you to Mark, the night manager. He was always cheerful - at the beginning AND at the end of his shift in the morning, which is not easy! He even kindly got us a bucket of ice very early one morning when my wife hurt her knee as she was stepping out of bed and the bed rolled away from her. We spoke to Mark about the incident, and hopefully, by now, they have fixed the “rolling coasters with no brakes on the box springs” problem. Mark was so kind and concerned about her fall that he checked on her twice - right after the incident and even the next day, which was the last day of our stay. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety of hot and cold food offerings and was maintained to perfection by the attentive and efficient staff! The buffet was hosted by Bassam, who was very personable and interesting to talk with. The executive lounge was lovely, with beverages and a few snacks available throughout the day. There is an evening manager’s reception and some savory finger foods were offered each night. Our room had a stunning view of Cardiff Castle and the castle grounds! We would happily return to Hilton Cardiff, and we thank them for making our stay really memorable and pleasant. As a side note, we took the Cardiff Castle Ghost Tour and highly recommend it! It’s great to be able to tour the castle at night, and the two hosts were full of fun facts and historical information about the beautiful and “over the top” decor of the castle!

I had a lovely stay here. The room was very clean and a nice size, plenty of space for one or a couple would be fine too. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was the usual basic hotel breakfast but satisfied me just fine. The location is perfect, so close to Cardiff Bay which is where I wanted to be, but tucked away and quiet. There was no noise from anywhere, so a very restful sleep. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.
