Il servizio è eccellente, abbiamo una camera molto comoda, una ricezione per la casa e un ristorante eccellente. Abbiamo amato il colazione, grandi scelte. La sauna e la piscina erano grandi. Il personale è meraviglioso in tutto l'hotel. Ci ritorneremo certamente. Grazie!

La ricezione era molto amichevole e mi ha aiutato a controllare la mia entrata, mentre la ricezione era sempre stata mantenuta anche quando le porte erano chiuse la notte. Alcuni ospiti dimenticano la chiave e il personale uscirà per aiutarvi. Molto tranquillo e pulito era di sopra. Spassato dalle aspettative come hotel funzionale di base. Sicuramente prenotera' di nuovo con la catena Sleeperz.

L'hotel era idealmente situato vicino al centro della città, ma anche a pochi passi dalla baia di Cardiff. La reception ci ha dato un caldo benvenuto.La stanza era ricco di spazio e attrezzature.Il nostro balcone sul piano superiore aveva una vista fantastica. La colazione è stata eccellente - carichi di scelta e spazio.

Tutto è accessibile, è adatto per un breve soggiorno per il bagagliaio, perché non c'è ascensore, quindi non è buono per portare bagagli grandi. La pompa di doccia non funziona bene e l'isolamento sonoro della stanza non è buono. Anche la stanza non ha una chiusura antifurto sulla porta, la porta è solo con una chiusura auto, ed è facile aprire dall'esterno.

La camera era ben cotta, il letto era comodo, il wifi funzionava bene. Il cibo sembra essere meno buono di prima. Nessun marmalade! pane bruno di scarsa qualità. Tuttavia, si è divertito con la macchina del pancake! Il personale è molto utile e piacevole, e mi piaceva il servizio bagagli, che era molto utile. Probabilmente rimarrò lì ancora - è buono per il prezzo richiesto e è in una posizione centrale. Grazie.

I felt very welcomed when entering the hotel and checking in. The room and bed were both relatively large and spacious for two people, as was the shower. My personal observation was that the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner but overall the room and the entire hotel was in very good condition.

L'hotel è basso, ma facile da trovare, ho un pianoforte. Era carino e teso, ma aveva un odore divertente, il letto era comodo e tutto andava bene. Sono un grande uomo, quindi mi sentivo un po'piccolo, facile da entrare e uscire. È stato un piacere tenere il mio sacchetto, molto ragionevolmente costoso.

Great location, very clean. Super friendly staff! Breakfast is amazing, they even make a complete English veggie breakfast, including veggie sausages and bacon! Great location, there is a pub, but I never heard anything of it. Very good noise isolated. Be aware there are indeed wandering pallets around, but they are extremely friendly! So is the staff!

Just got back from a golf and spa weekend as a group of 6. Reception service really good. Room was lovely. Bed was a bit hard for me but partner liked it (personal preference). The men had golf included and us women had the spa included. As far as I know, the lads enjoyed the golf course- preferred the PGA course over the Lake course. They did say it is a long walk especially if you’re older and less able- I would recommend buggies! The spa was lovely, provided with robes, slippers and a towel. We had a 50 min treatment included. I had the facial and back massage which was really relaxing! Bar service was brilliant. Drinks not too pricey unless you want cocktails. On to our 3 course evening meal we had included. You have a set menu if your 3 course meal is included in your package. Fair few things to choose from. The food was lovely- we had the steak which was really good and all cooked to our liking. Cannot fault the food at all, however, the service- although really friendly, it was extremely slow. Our table was at 8.30 and we didn’t leave the restaurant till gone 11.30, this wasn’t down to sitting talking- this was from waiting between each course. We were all so stuffed and as you can imagine wasn’t too pleased eating such a huge meal so late. We had breakfast in the morning which was buffet. The breakfast was spot on, help yourself to full cooked breakfast or continental (yogurts, cereals, pastries)- all yummy. The man who came round offering tea or coffee was really efficient and friendly. You can also help yourself to a selection of juices. Our second day although we weren’t allowed to go in the spa which we initially thought we had included, we could use the leisure facilities (wet facilities) including the pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. We were able to shower after as you get given a towel. Overall we all really enjoyed our weekend!
