"Dobbiamo prestare attenzione a due piani in questo appartamento. Abbiamo fatto un giro prima di chiedere al personale della reception e dirci di andare all'altro.

La stanza è molto pulita, spaziosa, con champagne, una cucina semplice, simile a un appartamento a stile hotel a camera da letto. Questo hotel è di migliore qualità dell'acqua. Il filtro di fiori che portiamo non ha filtrato niente
Disfunzione: abbiamo preso il volo mattino, e c'è un'auto intorno. L'autista ha detto che il posto era cosi'morto (molte persone vivono, e molte persone uscino al lavoro)"

"If you are looking for a budget family stay, this is the place. Next to ITCC mall where you can buy almost anything you need. Spacious, with wifi and netflix. Fridge and kitchen. My kids loved it. Not super clean though. Quite an old unit but for the price, it is more than what i expected. Recommended."

UUtente anonimoCheck in was smooth as well as check out. Upon check in to the room, noticed a used shower cap was still hanging in the bathroom, the towels seems a bit wet and only 1 pair of slippers was provided in the room. The housekeeping did send additional slippers to us upon request. Add point is the front desk staff was friendly.

HHCYanGood location where near to the KK International Airport, around 7-8 minutes by grab's car. Very good service and clean room. Will choose to stay again next time. Recommended!

SStaycation Lover 87If you are looking for a budget family stay, this is the place. Next to ITCC mall where you can buy almost anything you need. Spacious, with wifi and netflix. Fridge and kitchen. Aang0317its very strategic location when you transit at kota kinabalu international airport.just 5-8 minutes distance from kota kinabalu international airport to this K avenue when not the traffic jam period.its only Rm6-Rm10 by Grab Car👍
but this time comfy house looks like abit disappointed🤔️ the bathroom is really smell bad and few cockroachs at the basin😨and the one who live to the next door is noisy at midnight time，cant get a good rest for me and my family when we have an early flight at 7am.

LLimThe only reason I stayed here was because of it location near to the airport. Everything else is good in terms of experience except I was imposed with liability costing RM10 for soiling one piece of their towel. The soiling happened because I walked outside after the rain and my foot got into a mud spot. I came back to my room and I accidentally stepped on the towel. Bear in mind, I had to book their largest room meant for 4 pax because that was the only one available even though I stayed alone. Considering the occupancy is low for that large room, soiling one piece of towel does not justify a RM10 liability damage.

UUtente ospitestay here for 2 nights with the Fam the room agak luas ..nice place for family vacation specially when you have kids this place is for you they have indoor playground.love the environment❤️ kalau nak datang for swimming monday whole day close,wednesday and friday half day only. & they don't provide facilities for cooking .overall okay. we might stay here again next time. parking lot just near the lift 🛗 & it's free.
