hotel team: supportive but very young team. Team size very small. Food: food was tasty, but taking long time to deliver

We stayed for 1 night. Room is good, location is also good. The very bad thing is, it's not maintained well, the room was not clean properly, everywhere dust. Full hotel was maintained by only 3 people. Manager mr rob i is very helpful but he also has a limit. The property owner is not concerned about cleaning only wants money. Food was excellent. But i am very disappointed about their dust area.

The rooms are dirty. Bed sheet and blankets are not all clean. We booked 3 super deluxe rooms. And all of them were not appropriate. The staffs are not cooperative.

Hotel is good, but after reaching hotel they gave me city view room not kanchajangha view room. They told at the reception that kanchanjangha view room is only for booking. Room is clean, wash room is also clean and good standard for 1 or 2 days stay for a family.

The location of the hotel is good but the my room was very pathetic, unhygienic and smelly no cleaning done informed staff no action taken

Property location is excellent in the heart of the town. Everything is available nearby like restaurant, liquor shop, souvenir shop etc. Rooms are also good. But, regarding service, there are some issues. Due to lack of staff, service is very poor. We have to follow up 5-6 times for everything like water, food and other services.
