Pets are not allowed but the house is not suitable for allergic persons. New semidetached two-storied house built in 2022. Big living room with fireplace, open concept kitchen. 4 bedrooms, 3 rooms with double beds and 1 room with 3 single beds 90 cm. Working desks in 2 bedrooms. 2 x wc, sauna, washroom with double showers and a changing room. Big terrace 30m². Air conditioner heat pumps in both upstairs and downstairs. The cabin also has a fireplace and electric grill. Child equipment with safety gates in stairs, baby travel cot, high chair and a potty. Garage for 2 cars and 2 power sockets for heating 2 cars. Also charging point for electric cars. Ski room/maintenance room. Lots of stairs from the garage to the main door. The third bedroom has two additional beds suitable for children. The extra beds are pulled out from under the box spring beds. 2 WCs, sauna, washroom with two showers and dressing room. Large room for drying and storing clothes and sport equipment. Large 3 0m² terrace with terrace furniture. Air source heat pumps in both floors. Children's equipment, including child safety gate on the stairs, travel cot, high chair and potty. Car shelter for two cars, wall outlet for car pre-heating and electric car charging station. Ski storage and ski maintenance room in the car shelter. The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, as you have to climb stairs from the car shelter to the main door. Villa Arcus B is located right next to the bottom of the Sininen ski slope, so you can go directly to the slope and use the Pyhä Express chair lift to the top of fell Kultakero. Restaurant Pyhän Uula is within walking distance. The nearest ski trail is located 300 meters away, there is a total of about 150 km of ski trails in Pyhä-Luosto area. The Luosto ski resort is about 20 km away. There is nice Amethyst Spa in connection with Lapland Hotel Luostotunturi. The hiking trails of Pyhä-Luosto National Park are 1.2 km away. Along the trail networks you can hike in the summer, e.g. to Finland's deepest gorge, Isokuru, where you can see the breathtaking Pyhänkasteenputous waterfall. Along the hiking trails, it is possible to reach Pyhä-Luosto's highest fell, Noitatunturi, which is 540 m high. Some of the hiking trails are also mountain biking trails, and Pyhä has several companies that rent mountain bikes and fat bikes. Around 15 km towards Luosto is the Lampivaara amethyst mine. It is a place worth visiting, where visitors can dig for themselves lucky amethyst as a souvenir and finally enjoy coffee in the Lampivaara cafe.
