Hotel in zona Revo Town Bekasi, Pekayon Jaya

Durante la pandemia, ero in questo hotel per scopi commerciali. Il personale era amichevole, il cibo era delizioso, anche se per il tempo sahar e la camera era spaziosa, pulita e bella vista. Il prezzo stesso valeva la pena. In tutto era un piacevole soggiorno. Sarò di nuovo un giorno

Lumayanlah ... Perché è facile dormire per cambiare l'atmosfera del giorno meno opzioni di visualizzazione televisiva, Per il menu del cibo, mi dispiace, il cuoco ha cercato di prenderlo prima di servire 😁 Quando ho ordinato ali di pollo, il sale è sorprendente ☺️ Il riso fritto è anche molto delizioso, Harga Makanan ok Parcheggio quando Full non è conveniente per parcheggiare fuori dall'area dell'hotel. Spero che in futuro si migliorerà

coincidentally New Year's here because the location is strategically close to the mall. the service is very good, the employees are friendly and there are a lot of them, it seems like every floor has employees so it's easy to find when you need help. it's a shame when you first arrived you weren't given a welcome drink because maybe the maids were also busy checking in 🤭 three days there, without even being asked right outside the room was cleaned and tidied up, the gym and swimming pool were close by, so when my child was swimming he could be monitored when he left to the gym. it's just a shame for those who use motorbikes to park in the mall area which is quite far away, you have to go to the mall first 😂 next time I will stay here again.

L'hotel è stato prenotato per l'evento Bekasi Marathon a Stadio Patriot, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dallo stadio. Tutto bene, AC, TV e Wi-Fi funzionavano bene. Per il tipo di camera, ho Netflix che può essere facilmente collegato attraverso il tuo account Netflix.

The lobby is not located in the ground floor and unfortunately none of the staff informed us until we got confused and asked but the concierge staff were friendly and helpful though. Receptionist helped us to check-in and offered to join the JHL membership so I did (need to download the app which quite troublesome). Anyway I joined the member and the receptionist gave a voucher for free welcome drinks that we can use in the restaurant. The voucher only valid for 1 day so after rest for a while, we decided to go to the restaurant to use the voucher. We went to the restaurant in G floor I guess I can't remember (around 4-5 PM) and the staff told us that the restaurant already closed since they need to prepare for breakfast(?) and advised us to go to first floor to use the voucher and again the staff didn't even let us which first floor and how to get there. So we went up to the lobby / receptionist counter to check and the receptionist doesn't even know where we can use the voucher and instead, she asked me back which first floor was the staff referring to. In the end the staff called the restaurant to confirmed and guided us on how to go to first floor. When we arrived in the restaurant at the first floor, the staff told us the we can't use the voucher, the voucher can only be use on the restaurant in G floor and the first floor's restaurant is only for dinner. I don't mind if the voucher can't be use after specific time but the receptionist mentioned it will be valid for the whole day with no specific time. After went back and forth between restaurant and reception, we have no intention to use the voucher anymore, so we went to the receptionist and gave the voucher back. The manager - Ms. Jessica was very friendly and listen to our story. The F&B staff were not friendly and there was no communication at all between F&B and Front office. The room was okay but they didn't really checked the room, the phone was not even charged and we can't use it, I have to go to the other room to call the receptionist.

In generale è comodo, soprattutto il servizio è molto responsivo e la stanza è pulita ma purtroppo non c'è forno, quindi se sei in ritardo di notte, devi comprarlo

L'hotel è situato a 30 minuti di auto dall'aeroporto e attraversa il parco di Kalijodo.La maggior parte del tempo entra in hotel e è bloccato, quindi se vieni da un'altra regione di Jakarta, gestisci il tuo tempo. Se hai bisogno di mangiare cibo mosce, il cibo che ci viene fornito qui è un grande problema, perché molti ristoranti vicino all'hotel non sono ristoranti mosce.La dimensione della stanza è buona, e la stanza dell'hotel offre frigo e cassaforte. Non mi piace la finestra dell'hotel perché è molto sporca e sembra che non sia stata pulita per anni.Il distributore di sapone nel bagno è vuoto.La colazione è semplice e non è speciale.È facile trovare un taxi davanti all'hotel. Il minimarket è vicino all'hotel, e la fine dell'attività è alle dieci di sera.
