Hotel in zona Top Station of Gondola Lift - Sněžka / Snow Top, Pec Pod Snezkou

Devo dire che dal primo contatto con la ricezione, tutto sbagliato. Quando siamo arrivati, non ci hanno nemmeno accolto. Un ricevitore biondo, che sembrava non sembrare lavorare, era quello che ci ha controllati con un tono molto cattivo. 1. Senza un preavviso, ci ha fatto pagare direttamente per il parcheggio, senza chiederci in anticipo se volevamo lasciare la moto nel parcheggio per 20 € al giorno (non avremmo pagato per questo, perché potevamo farlo gratuitamente nella zona circostante). 2. Prima della prenotazione, abbiamo chiesto se il pranzo era buffet, menu o una la carte e la ricezione ha risposto che era una la carte. Quando siamo arrivati all'hotel, ogni giorno era essenzialmente un menu con una scelta di due piatti (non ci interessava i piatti vegani). Se avessimo saputo, avremmo dovuto prendere colazione solo 3. Durante la prenotazione, abbiamo ordinato una bottiglia di vino spumante che abbiamo chiesto di essere nella stanza il giorno dell’arrivo. Non l'hanno preparato e non ho potuto sorprendermi mio marito (sono stati offerti due massaggi dopo, che apprezzo), ma la verità è che l'hotel è molto bello, ma il personale della reception non è molto ben preparato. Se non vuoi lavorare, dimetterti, ma non offrire una cattiva esperienza agli ospiti perché grazie a questo, tutta la mia permanenza mi sentivo male sull'hotel e questo accadrà certamente anche agli altri ospiti. Anch'io sono un ricevitore dell'hotel e so di cosa parlo. A volte abbiamo giorni difficili, ma la ragazza bionda non sembrava avere un giorno difficile, lei non vuole lavorare e questo si riflette nel cattivo servizio. Certamente non saremo tornati.

I really enjoyed my stay at Lake Hill with my family. Unfortunately, the weather didn't work out too well for us, but that doesn't change the fact, that the stay itself was nice. I don't understand some of the reviews here. Some people would rather have caviar and a red carpet, or I don't know. Don't be discouraged. The place is really nice, with lots of activities, good food, excellent wellness services, beautiful and clean accommodation (modern). A place for couples but also families with children. Hotel is easy to find upon arrival into Janske Lazne. You can park your car right in front of the hotel while you check in up to one hour. You then have to move it a few meters into a public parking area, that can easy be confused as the hotel parking.. which it is not. If you do not need to move your car, you can pay for parking upon exit as it is cheaper, otherwise bring the ticket into the hotel reception area and they will validate in-out privileges (still more expensive). I did not need to move my car. My room had a balcony, which was really nice to be able to open the door and let some fresh air in. The property is a short distance downhill to the Kolonada as well as up to the cable car. The rooms are smaller, quite modern with the glass bathroom wall and the sleeping area. The pool is also nice for a short swim. Breakfast is good, staff is attentive, and I enjoyed my stay.

Very good hotel, or more precisely guesthouse. Located at the steep street, nearby the chairlift to Szrenica. This area is very busy and difficult to park the car. Fortunately, the entity has some parking places, even cleaned from the snow every morning. The common area is good organized, with the rich collection of books and magazines about wines. The breakfast is served in the basement and offers the varied menu. In the building there is also possibility to order the dinner or some snacks, plus interesting wines, including local ones. The staff is very kind and friendly and keeps the hotel very clean and tidy. My only objection is size of our double room on the ground floor. It’s definitely too small, like for this property, with so good reputation. It’s also related to the price, which seems to be too high for the category of our double room.
