I stay here many times, very good hotel. Very clean, many restaurant around.

Price is reasonable. Room is large but breakfast is too simple.

I stayed for 4 days, everything was great BUT I left my Remarkable 2 pen on the nightstand. I checked out, drove 2 mins to my training venue realized I left it went back (within 17 min of checking out) and it was not there. Front desk was not helpful, housekeeper was rude and not helpful management has never returned my call!

We booked for two nights, but we found the hotel dirty and smelly upon checking in. We told the staff, and they showed us another equally dirty and smelly room. So we told them we'd like to check out tomorrow (stay only one night instead of two). They said no, we cannot do that, and we need to pay for the whole stay, no matter when we check out. Not many people were staying in this hotel, but this one guy was always roaming around the corridor and lobby and, during breakfast, always hovering around people. It was a terrible experience and a mistake to stay here.

All my visits here have been awesome, great customer service and a beautiful staff with a great manager. The convenience is great, safe environment.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and neat and smelled of yummy turmeric and sandalwood. Convenient to The Avenue shops and dining (walking distance). A lovely experience and we’ll stay again when visiting :)

My room smelled of paint-like fumes. The breakfast options have gone downhill since my first stay and quite frankly felt like a ripoff base on the price per night. Didn’t even have skim milk. The orange juice was watered down. The apple juice was too sweet. Make your own waffle, cereal, one brand of yogurt, a banana, and whole milk. Nice quiet area, felt completely safe. The hotel interior is spotless. Housekeeping and cleaning staff were impeccable.

Not much to choose from for breakfast. Waffles, yogurt and 2 types of cereal.

They say you did not send them the confirmation for my stay. So I had to pay again for the night . I would like a refund please of my money I spent.

The first day there was great! Very friendly and pleasant front desk folks. Last couple of days less friendly, but ok,

So we planned on a five night stay at this hotel due to the convenient location to food and shopping. We checked in and there was an overwhelming stench of musty mold. Probably the carpet. We complained and switched rooms. That room was just as bad, if not worse. we made it through the night and we’re not there at all during the day. We barely made it through the second night and checked out and went to the Holiday Inn, which was beautiful. They tried to get us to stay by showing us other rooms and they found one with new carpet, but damage was already done. We were out of there avoid this hotel.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and the grounds were well kept and landscaped. Excellent location. Walking distance to a variety of nice shops and eateries.
