Yemekleri mukemmel Ali usta ellerine saglik cok otele gittim hic bu kadar memnun kalmamistim yemeklerden,ibrahim ellerine saglik oda ahci olma yonunde ilerliyor Allah yolunu acik etsin. Eyup usta pideler harikaydi. tabiki hatice abla guler yuzun icin ve gozlemelerin icin tesekkurler. Fatih kocak restorant ve bar muduru herzaman guler.. Mehmet Acar barlar sefi guler yuzuyle harika bir insan ,Sayit Balci barmen galiba cok iyi bir cocuk mutla bir şot yapsin size...beach bar da Abdullah Allah sabir versin sana ruslarla ugrasmak zor.. ve gelelim animosyona animasyonda zayif bir otel otelde 4 gece konakladik 1 kere diskolari acikti cocuk kulubu de zatif yemek yedide basliyor sekizde mini kulup olarak tiren yapip toplamalari lazim normalde ama neyse hepinize basarilar personel az olmasina ragmen herseye yetisiyolar.... Hello and greetings from Bulgaria. Me and my wife was in Timo Deluxe Resort from 31.05 to 7.06 and want to tell you that everything was perfect. We want to say some words for our stay: 1. The room was very clean, big and the seaview was breathtaking. 2. The personal, who works at the hotel - from all people at the main restaurant, the beach bars, chefs and people who are responsible for the hygiene of the entire complex are very kind and awesome. 3. And last but bot least the team that we love the most - Entertainment team! ❤️ Our holiday won't be the same without them! All that they do with so much energy, power and kindness is priceless and means a lot for us! They make people who are at Timo to feel you like family ❤️! Big big THANKS to them for everything they do for us and we hope that we will see you again some day! ❤️ Our only recommendation is if you have the opportunity to increase the number of sun loungers on the beach Thank you very much for everything!

The review would have been different, if we would not miss 50 euros after room cleaning. At receptions asked, why we did not use the safe box for 2eur/day. For us it sounds like a scheme - if you don't pay for safe box - we take your money anyway.

The hotel is a good choice for families as well as couples since it offers a broad program of activities that can satisfy different needs. There is a sufficient amount of food served at different hotel spots, so you will never wait in queues. There are options for vegans, vegetarians, and others; although the choice of desserts is varied and irresistible, there are no dedicated sweets for people with diabetes. Probably one of the huge advantages of this hotel is the close access to the beach and the sea that was amazingly warm, approximately 30 degrees Celsius. Staff members mainly speak Russian and Turkish, but they will try their best to assist you in English or German if needed. They are very friendly, hospitable and helpful, and do their job with warm commitment and respect. Special thanks to Ömer Köseoğlu and his team, as they were very accountable, dedicated and helpful. We would definitely like to come back to Timo!

rude and unfriendly staff who do not speak English; with the baby, we were accommodated in a room without access for a stroller, we had to go up the stairs; the scheduled time for lunch is only an hour and a half; time for snacks on the beach which is scheduled for an hour and the snacks disappear after 10 minutes; spicy food, little fruit; small selection of drinks; dirty baby crib in the room; corroded mini bar

We liked our experiente al Timo. I would like to specify that it is not a 5 star hotel. We really like the food and the fact that our room were always cleaned. It is not a hotel for the fancy people 😂. I laugh when I write this but I didn't like the smell of the towels. The beach has stones and entering the water is not very easy.

Minus star for talking to us in russian all the time. They have guests from all over Europe, and staff without any concern always talked to us in russian. In restaurant, reception, bar everywhere. I think it's rude and very disturbing. Another minus food. This hotel represents as family hotel, but it was no food for babies. All the steam vegies were salted. I asked waiter once for anykind of steamed veggies without salt fir baby. He brought me babychair 🙈 again, they don't understand english. Rooms were clean, updated, nice beach and pools, food for grown-ups tasty and good selection. Advice for hotel - have only russian guets or talk in english!

A nice place for families with small children, we enjoyed it very much. The beach is not great but there are 4 pools to compensate (1 inside), along with bars. Very safe and friendly, both on the premises and outside. The market (bazaar) is right next to the hotel on Wednesdays so you can buy souvenirs and fresh fruit in case you want to try something different. We liked the food, especially fresh pancakes for breakfast 🙂

so dirty everywhere. food so simple. dirty restaurant. spa in the ugly persons working there. split system always stoped at night. was so hot. snack bar at beach always same every days. free, strange meat, fish. beach towels so old. 5 star- only water in the room. strange really. also they need money for good rooms. for what? and i guess so dirty swimming pool bc almost childs was ill. this is not five stars. its only 3 star!! bc no territory, dirty, simple food and cheep.
