Staff was helpful. Mr chandan bisht adjusted well and let us know every thing about lansdowne too. A great experience and will definitely visit there again. The rooms were also good and the valley view was awesome from the balcony. At last they were very polite.

Location-wise, the hotel is in a great spot, offering convenient access to nearby attractions. The staff, including the manager Chandan Bisht, were courteous and helpful throughout our stay, which made us feel welcomed and attended to. However, there were a couple of areas where improvement is needed. Firstly, the maintenance of the hotel could be better. Secondly, While the food was undeniably tasty, the wait times at the restaurant were longer than expected

Chandan Bisht is the backbone of the hotel, despite having less education, he can talk well and explain everything to the guest. Stay smiling. Keep all the guests like a family. He has a lot of talent. I have never seen such a manager in my life. She has a lot of energy. I thank manager Chandan Bisht very much. My daughter has become a big fan of her. We stayed in this hotel with our friend tor one night. The hotel was very nice and the rooms specious and clean. There We meet Mr.Chanden bisht who is the Manager there He is the very nice parsons. The view of the hotel here is very good. We enjoyed it a lot.special thanks chandan vish

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable
