Excellent customer service and staff are very humble and supportive. Special thanks to Bhupal Singh for excellent hospitality and polite behaviour. Specially this hotel located very near at Neelkanth Mahadev temple and have proper parking space. Even hotel have very good food for inhouse guests.

Points to mention -walking distance from Neelkanth Mahadev temple - beautiful view of mountain from room - must book room with balcony - pleasing staff and cooperative management The hotel was clean and hygiene I would like to go again..

Helpful staff Housekeeping work excellent We forget some of our stuff at the hotel and just after a call to staff they courier all of my stuff back to my place. Staff is so helpful. I recommend everyone to visit this place with your family and friends once.

My stay at Redfox Hotel was a pleasant surprise. The welcoming atmosphere, coupled with the friendly staff, made me feel right at home. My room was impeccably clean and modern, providing a comfortable and relaxing space. The hotel's restaurant offered a delicious array of options, and the service was top-notch. Overall, my experience at Redfox Hotel was truly enjoyable, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

Its an amazing property that over looks the beautiful mountainous scenery of Uttarakhand. The rooms are clean and hygienic and the staff are courteous and helpful. We especially would like to thank the general manager of the property, Vishal, for hosting us and making sure our experience was wonderful. We would love to visit again
