I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Brys Cave. There was a complete lack of maintenance, and the food served was stale and we all got food poisoning.To make matters worse, construction was happening directly above our heads, and we had to fight for them to stop the noise atleast during breakfast.stones were falling near the swimming pool and no precautionary measures were taken for guest security. the resort was not at all clean. The operation manager, Ms. Richa Sharma, was incredibly unprofessional and showed no interest in addressing any of our concerns. She didn’t even bother to talk to us about the issues. The play area was out of order and when we returned from our safari, our room hadn't been cleaned. I had to waste 30 minutes to get the room cleaned. Ms. Sharma, instead of focusing on guest satisfaction, seemed more interested in her tea than helping guests. To top it off, she misguided us to a safari gate that wasn’t even in Jim Corbett. It’s clear that Ms. Sharma is more interested in making money than ensuring guest satisfaction. The management needs to reassess the staff’s work ethic, as the service here is far below acceptable standards. I would not recommend staying here.
