Moustache Rishikesh Riverside Resort

Resort is badly maintained...staff is courteous but unprofessional..design and night view is good but cleaning and maintenance is in very bad shape .. location is not as God as it looks in picture ..no water in river or v less like a small stream.. kitchen and food lounge and seats / swimming pool all badly maintained. I request to owner plz maintain ur property well and improve cleanenss.

Relaxing stay in the mountains, very clean, good food at the restaurant, good service. Highly recommended!

This is an amazing option for stay if you are travelling to rishikesh. property as well as staff is really good. Food was very good. Rooms are neat and clean well maintained property. In rishikesh I suggest my all friends to visit at this resort

Recently, I visited the resort and loved the location, food, and cottages. Everything at this resort is well-maintained. The staff and chef are extremely professional and helpful. The rooms and beds are very comfortable. If you can hear the sound of the river, you will definitely feel relaxed. I would recommend your property to all my relatives and colleagues. The stay was quiet nice and the food was also great. The staff was very cooperative and helping. Overall it was a great stay. I would recommend this hotel to everyone…………! The surrounding is peaceful and tranquil

The rooms were good and comfortable, location of the property is 9km away from the Laksh*** jhula but the property has private river access and the view from the rooms was amazing. Food was very delicious and service was also very good. Overall it was amazing experience and will come back soon. Highly recommended. Thank you Mr. Arvind & Team

We booked the Moustache riverside resort in Rishikesh for 4 nights for a family of 6. We had booked 2 cottages with them. Two hours before our check-in we got a call from the resort that they have cancelled our booking. They didn’t give any specific reason and refused to accommodate us in a similar property. After few back and forth conversations, they even stopped picking our calls. We had to give up and book another place as we were already on our way. But the inconvenience didn’t end there. We had made 50% advance payment for the booking which the resort agreed to refund but even after a month, they haven’t done it and are now refusing to refund the amount in full. I would definitely not recommend them or even look at them as an option for my future travels. Their policies and customer support is absolutely rubbish. Please think before you book with them. It can lead to a lot of hassle.

I stayed there for 1 night and only good thing was view and the food rest was not up to the mark 1. No phone in room, no tv in room, for any basic requirement like towels,laundry bag, dental kit, kitchen order I had to call one number from my mobile at least 2 times than the service was done so basic thing of room phone should be there 2. I was bothered at least 5times by kitchen boy for breakfast and I said I know the timing I will come and at last he asked my wife why are you taking so much time - itna time lagta hai kya, breakfast bas 10 baje tk hoga us k bad hum band kr denge Pls train your staff and tell them how to talk to the guest and standard brkfast timing are 8:00 -10:30 which is also not fixed and hotel do extend there timings if guest request but coming again and again In the room And telling me that sir breakfast kab karoge, itna time thodi lagta hai is not professional at all. I was not happy with the stay and the behaviour of staff specially from the kitchen team
