Questo è uno dei peggiori hotel che abbia mai avuto. Il problema inizia già alla reception, aveva 01 persone per fare il check in in ore di picco generando una fila. Eravamo 4 persone e siamo stati assegnati nella stanza 318-atins. Quando siamo arrivati la stanza era tutto chiuso con la mofa. Erano 2 camere con bagno e la stanza. Quando entrava nella stanza dei letti da soli, il bagno era con un odore orribile di scarico (molto sgradevole) e la doccia non era riscaldata. La stanza è molto mal conservata con diverse infiltrazioni e problemi in entrambi i bagni. Ho fatto una denuncia su questo e niente è stato fatto. Un altro punto è il servizio di pulizia che non è stato effettuato in 01 giorno. Siamo arrivati alle 18:00 in quattro dopo passeggiata e molto sposati e la cameriera ha colpito la nostra porta in quel momento, cercando di riparare la stanza. Il colazione è zona di guerra, si può mangiare se vc è più veloce perché il cibo finirà e ci vorrà orrori da rispondere. Ho chiesto un omelete il primo giorno che vc toglie una password per lui da fare , ci vorrà 40 min e ho rinunciato. Funzionari mal divertiti e non hanno alcuna questione di aiutare. Grazie a essere stati a fare dei tour nei 3 giorni che ci siamo fermati con questo ci siamo rimasti il minimo tempo in questo hotel. Non consiglio di nulla. Non rovinare le vostre vacanze rimanendo in questo hotel. Seguite le foto.
