Hotel très bien situé et sympa.
Seul bémol : il n'y a pas de frigo dans la chambre mais ce n'était pas très grave comme il y avait la clime.

Alors nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel pour récupérer nos clés. Le monsieur à l’accueil était au téléphone et faisait ses plannings. Nous avons attendu plus de 20 minutes pour récupérer les clés. Ils étaient d’un désagréable pas possible, il m’a fait annuler une réservation pour reprendre une réservation, je tiens à préciser que cet homme là et dune impolitesse pas possible

Nonostante nella descrizione dei servizi offerti ci fosse l’aria condizionata ci è stata data una stanza senza aria condizionata e con un ventilatore molto rumoroso che ha reso impossibile il sonno. Stesso discorso con la finestra aperta che ha proprio sotto il rumoroso motore di un condizionatore. Stanza molto poco luminosa situata al piano -1 . Una delusione da non consigliare

Fantastic position in Pau! However the hotel is scruffy and dated. At our time of visit there was a smell of effluent once entering the building. Please note there is parking for 4 cars outside the hotel - which is based on a first come basis, therefore not suitable for us with an elderly infirm member of our party. Had we have known this we would not have booked this establishment. Parking 5min away up an hill

Stayed here in August. In a confort room, no the "basic" room they may also offer. Good location for sure. We probably do not have the same defintion of "Modern", as advertised on their website. This is an old hotel, that clearly requires some deep renovation to be aligned with what is a 4* hotel today. There are good example of hotels in historical buildings, with a modern and attractive atmosphere around the world. In a few words : - old hotel, with some coat of paint here and there. - In the room, a desk, a chair, but no space between the desk and the bed to be confortablre working on that desk. - a noisy AC. - a bathroom that seems to be renovated, but that is clearly not at the expected level of cleanless. Just have a look at the pictures. - two micro shower gel / shampoo in the room. Better to bring yours ;-) Staff is great, and gave us good advices for restaurants around.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our recent stay at the Hotel Gramont. It reminded both of us of the way hotels in Europe used to be many years ago (in a good way), but with some modern upgrades. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded into a huge room (more like an entire apartment) with a nice view of the square. The air conditioning worked great, and the windows and shutters really blocked any street noise. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The decor is perhaps a bit kitschy, but to each his own. In addition, the location is great - close to many sights and good restaurants. While there were no parking spaces available in front of the hotel during our study, we were able to easily find public parking within a few minutes walk. We would definitely return if we find ourselves in the area again.

Hôtel sale avec chambre où il restait dans la salle de bain les cheveux des précédents occupants, hyper bas de plafond, moquette tâchée, meubles vieillots recouverts de poussière, lit double minuscule, très mal insonorisé, comment peut il être classé 4 étoiles ?

Idéalement situé proche du centre-ville, et à côté d'un petit restaurant qui mériterait une mention chez Bib, nous avons passé un très bon séjour, dans la chambre 206. En effet, grâce à des doubles fenêtres nous n'avons subi aucune nuisance sonore, alors que la France venait de battre l'Angleterre au Tournois de 6 nations. Le seul reproche que l'on peut faire est le petit-déjeuner qui n'a plus rien de "maison"...
