Before booking at Balihai please know the photos are NOT representative of the REAL hotel and you may occur many problems. In all my years of international travel I’ve never experienced confrontational and argumentative staff like at Balihai Bay. At checkin staff wasn’t welcoming with kindness. Khun Nee didn’t ask us questions before telling us to pay for breakfast. Asking her to read the conformation I presented ( paid already) she had no patience and was unprofessional. After checkin the room was nothing like the photos. The twin beds were NOT twin but little single beds (size for 1 child) When I kindly brought this issue to Khun Mei she said “ we changed the room beds”. But I paid for the room on the website, not this! Poor excuse for the false advertising. Rather than trying to resolve the problem together she became argumentative, unprofessional and didn’t offer a solution. I offered the solution of moving to a different room. When checking into new room there was a lack of towels. The housekeeping wasn’t complete. I didn’t bring this to staff’s attention after a difficult check in. Upon checkout the staff didn’t ask questions about the towels but rather accused me of stealing towels. I had another argument with the staff and housekeeping. We learned housekeeping wasn’t finished before we checked in and they simply forgot. But I was accused of stealing and housekeeping wanted money for a bath mat, Which was never in the room in the first place. But the staff never asked about the towels but rather accused. Before booking know the style of the hotel is to argue they are right and you are wrong when a problem arrises. This happened 3 times. All 3 times they were at fault and refused to talk nicely and ask questions and work together to resolve issue. No manager came to help resolve these issues. On a positive note, breakfast was great as was restaurant staff. Bell Boy Khun Dave was fantastic with helping many ways and very kind. He’s the BEST employee!

Sono rimasto qui per 6 notti. Sono arrivato all'hotel alle 7:00, ma la signora receptionista mi ha detto di check-in alle 2:00 o di pagare 300 Baht extra per l'iscrizione precoce nonostante le camere disponibili e dovevo stare per 6 giorni. La receptionista era poco professionale, rude, e quando ho cercato di controllare la sua lingua brutta, mi ha chiesto di lasciare l'hotel e annullare la mia prenotazione. Poi ho visto che il personale aveva cambiato i turni e la signora che gestiva l'hotel stamattina mi ha offerto una stanza alle 9:00. Non c'è umanità nella precedente donna che mi ha combattuto, e queste persone sono vergogna per l'umanità. Parlo dell'hotel ora, l'unica cosa buona è la posizione e la dimensione della stanza. Il mobilio è datato, i bagni sono datati, i letti hanno ruote, gli ospiti sono amichevoli (non è richiesto). Uno degli ospiti, che poteva sapere della brutta ricezione che mi ha litigato, e ho dovuto chiamare la sicurezza dell'hotel per assicurarmi che sia stata sbarazzata di entrare di nuovo nell'hotel o l'hotel dovrebbe prendere qualche azione legale contro di lei, Ma per sorpresa, la guardia di sicurezza si rifiutò di aiutarmi e lasciare che la signora ospite fuggisse con i miei soldi che aveva rubato (non ho fatto alcuna azione, perché era una piccola somma di soldi, cioè 1000 baht. Pensa prima di rimanere in questo hotel. Non mi fermerò mai più.

La nostra camera in giardino interno era abbastanza tranquilla, ma non era nemmeno una passeggiata per Pattaya Walking Street. La sala colazione sembrava buona, ma il colazione era solo un paio di opzioni fisse e economiche sul menu, quindi andammo da qualche altra parte.

Questa è la mia seconda visita, molto ben posizionata e ha il fascino di vivere in un resort nella giungla tropicale proprio nel centro della città. I servizi e il personale sono ottimi, sanno cosa significa ospitalità. Luogo perfetto per scatenarsi in una festa sfrenata la sera e rilassarsi in piscina al mattino.
