Hotel in zona Naklua, Pattaya

Questo è un ottimo hotel. E' nuovo, e tutto all'interno è così pensato. Ci siamo festeggiati il mio compleanno qui con la famiglia. L'hotel mi ha dato un piccolo giocattolo e il letto è bellissimo decorato. Il parco acquatico è un po' piccolo, ma ci sono molte piscine. La vista e la posizione sono sorprendenti non volevamo nemmeno lasciare l'hotel. Tutto era grande, siamo stati assolutamente felici 😝

It’s our fifth time coming back and we always stayed at ‘Aqua double room’, which we can enjoy the sea view. This time, we booked the aqua room for 3 nights. We were shocked when we checked in this time and we were allocated to a low floor ‘aqua’ room as in the first picture. There was NO sea from the window and we immediately went to the reception and we were confirmed by the receptionist that it IS an ‘aqua’ room. We showed our frustration and asked for a room change but the staff replied it was a Saturday and no other room was available. The reception manager, Mori, saw us and promised to help us change room the next day. After the breakfast, we went to the reception again and Mori saw us, with no hesitation, and offered help to us. He then ‘felt sorry’ (which it is not his fault though) and said there was no aqua room facing the sea. Mori upgraded us to a honeymoon suite, with the beautiful sea. Of course we were happy we finally got a sea view room, but the problem is the hotel management shouldn’t categorise our first room as an ‘aqua’ room, especially for lower floor rooms. It is totally misleading! Frontline staff has nothing to do with this and it’s all about the hotel senior management. I did read some reviews saying the staff was ‘rude’ and not helpful. Opposite to these reviews, I think most of the reception staff is ok and the manager Mori is exceptionally good at handling our frustration. It’s not about him upgrading us. He totally felt for us and actively sought new rooms, without us explaining all over again, so that we could enjoy our stay afterwards. Thank you Mori and you are a good ambassador of Akara Hotel and role model to your colleagues.

This place is great if you’re on a self-driving trip. It’s quiet and relaxing, though there’s no convenience store nearby. The property has two buildings. I stayed in the back one, but I’m not sure which is newer. Overall, the building is quite nice. I did run into a problem during check-in when they couldn’t find my booking confirmation, but Trip.com handled it quickly and efficiently—big thumbs up for their customer service. The room was comfortable and even had a bathtub. However, like many other reviewers mentioned, the bathroom water system is a real downside. The temperature control is poor—you either get scalding hot or very cold water, and the bathtub water never gets hot enough. Facilities are solid: there are two swimming pools with clean, clear water, plus a gym with good equipment and a sauna. Breakfast is buffet-style with a decent range, from western breads to Asian stir-fried vegetables. But the drink options are limited. For milk, they only provide regular fresh milk—no alternatives. There’s an egg station and a soup station. I asked for a sunny side up, but the chef said they only make omelets, which was a bit strange. At least the omelet was tasty. Overall, breakfast was just okay—acceptable but not very impressive. All in all, it’s a nice hotel to relax at for a holiday. Hopefully, they improve the hot water system soon. Definitely a good choice if you’re traveling by car. but bathroom water system is disappointing me! Otherwise, rating is gonna be high ;)) way to go~

Ottimo servizio. Sono appena stato per la prima volta e il personale ha consigliato tutto. C'è un bar per gli appassionati di fotografia ad ogni angolo. A tarda notte, la gente viene a sedersi e bere, non sarai solo di sicuro. Il prezzo è 1 carta grigia, se non la ricordi, riceverai 2 chiavi carte. Viaggio vicino alla spiaggia segreta di Pattaya, molto vicino, buon prezzo, non costoso. Il minimarket vicino all'hotel lo consiglio.

Super nice staff and can call us to check in ealier when the room is ready. Amazing water park, with lots of slides. The floats provided in the water park for adults and kids raised the enjoyment. The free activity- aqua dance & pool game are also good!

L'albergo è buono. La piscina è aperta dalle 8:00 alle 20:00. Vengono forniti asciugamani separati (vicino alla piscina nella “fossa”. Potete rinfrescarvi. Il cibo del buffet non è troppo piccante, il che è carino. È vero, l'assortimento non è ampio, ma è del tutto possibile soddisfare la tua fame. Il caffè non è molto gustoso. Maggiore udibilità dei vicini nella stanza (c'erano cittadini cinesi che parlavano ad alta voce dietro il muro fino alle 00:00, e in generale erano rumorosi). Internet era alle 4. La posizione dell'hotel è buona. Ampio terrazzo/balcone. Abitavamo al 6° piano, l'ascensore funziona. C'è una palestra accanto a dove si tiene la colazione.

I love this hotel! The view from my room is amazing, and I was able to catch the sunset! The room is quite dark, light is quite dim. There is no 7-11 nearby, the hotel provided buggy car every half an hour to a spot nearby Terminal 21. The hotel has a small beach, two swimming pools. Breakfast has a lot of variety, taste much better with stunning view. Staying here one night is definitely not enough, would come back again next time I’m in Pattaya.

The hotel got a nice frontage big surrounding with Main tower , Annex block and swimming tower , I booked this place as the swimming pool was the main attraction , which I could enjoy the pool, but unfortunately it come to my disappointment , the pool design is rather for guest to stay there , guest coming from main tower to swim it very inconvenient, there no chair to relax , you can’t put your belongings or clothes if you to swim., it is more for guest stay with pool access to enjoy the swimming pool. The breakfast had limited offering nothing much to enjoy my morning . The room is big clean, but the AC compressor fixed out side the balcony , it is noisy when you try to get some sleep . But at least the hotel offered free mini bar which quite rare other hotel do.

Overall, positive emotions about the hotel. The hotel is in a good location near Terminal 21 and Tiffany Show. The hotel is old but well maintained, the first room came across with ants, we asked to change the room and we were quickly changed. there is a swimming pool for children and adults, water slides. The breakfasts are normal, the assortment varies. the staff tries to help in all matters. Thanks for the rest.

Vorrei fare un elogio speciale a Ctrip: a causa dei miei stessi errori, ho prenotato due stanze e quando sono andato alla reception ho scoperto che Ctrip era molto responsabile nell'aiutarmi a seguire e modificare con successo l'ordine. L'hotel è molto bello, consigliato.
