Hotel in zona Naklua, Pattaya

I miei figli hanno goduto di lunghe scivoli d'acqua, piscina d'onda, zona di gioco d'acqua per bambini, sala da gioco per bambini, sala da gioco. Scegli un colazione e un buffet fantastico, anche menu per bambini! Personale utile, camere pulite, è molto consigliato e torneremo di nuovo!

this is a strange experience. during check-in , i was informed of a free upgrade. there's a welcoming cake for my husband, however, the whole room with the bath tub next to the bed, plus transparent glass wall for the stand up bathing area and toilet is very strange. we cannot open the room door for room service if anyone is inside the bath tub, bathing area or even in the toilet. no couple would like to see each other when during toilet time, right. also , i have requested for two bottles of water at 10:30 p.m., called for customer services for twice to hurry the bottle as the kid is about to go asleep. and then no response.. and then the two bottles arrived at midnight 00:30, two hours later. first they rang the bell, then called upon the room to say ”open the door”. it seems there's no proper management of the hotel. the location and hardwares are so great, its just a waste if the management is not doing great. during check in is also an experience. the manager sounds a bit strange. .and it seems the information is not clear enough. i have my first night staying here and then the next night i moved to space hotel. its just a total big difference and comparison between the two. its the information wise, helpfulness an d professionalism that makes a big difference between the two hotels. its need for better staff training for standard procedures and catering all sorts of different situations. e.g. when they bring the welcoming cake, there's someone behind following with other stuff, but thats not for our room. it will cause confusion. also they rang another time bell.. also another staff with other food queuing behind.. but just for the fork and knife.. you just felel the hotel is so new that the people there are not well trained.

Ma la vista della città è blocco di stile condominio . Questo è il punto meno che abbiamo sperimentato Altri servizi come la piscina infantile sono grandi !

L'hotel è nuovissimo, situato in un vicolo, cammina per strada per almeno cinque minuti, quindi prendi un Tuktuk ondeggiante per raggiungere il terminal 21 e altri posti più lontani. A volte devo cambiare macchina quando torno, perché le traiettorie delle macchine sono diverse, e non riesco a capire quale sta tornando in albergo. L'aspetto dell'hotel, della hall, del parcheggio della piscina, ecc. uno scaldabagno appeso al muro e l'acqua può essere utilizzata solo per lo sciacquone. L'hotel non dispone di una colazione a buffet, ma è possibile prenotare una colazione in anticipo al prezzo di 250 piante.

Il primo giorno in cui sono venuto a Pattaya, poiché l'avevo prenotato tramite Ctrip, non sapevo se l'hotel fosse bello in cui vivere. La prossima volta avrò l'opportunità di venire a Pattaya, starò di nuovo qui in hotel

Le condizioni della camera erano ok, ma la colazione non era molto gustosa e la piscina non sembrava molto pulita. Tuttavia, il personale è molto gentile e vorrei dargli un punteggio elevato. The shuttle services helps to relieve the problem of location. The sunsets view of the swimming pool is attractive. The staff services are helpful in fixing any problems happened in the room. There may be a chicken farm nearby the hotel. You can hear their crow clearly from everyday evening to morning.

La stanza è abbastanza nuova. Al momento del check-in la camera non era ancora completa. Quindi lo staff lo ha aggiornato in una stanza più grande. Il che è considerato OK. I dipendenti hanno risolto bene il problema immediato. La posizione è abbastanza buona. È vicino al terminal e vicino al punto panoramico segreto della spiaggia. C'è cibo in vendita di fronte all'hotel, a pochi passi di distanza. Il parcheggio è sufficiente, c'è la piscina, ci sono altre funzioni, lavatrice e asse da stiro. I stayed here twice a year before COVID and have now returned after the renovation. We stayed in a twin room, which was nice and satisfactory. However, the service at this hotel is drastically different from what it was before and has unfortunately become quite poor. Upon checking in, I was instructed to download their app to request ongoing services. After checking in, I purchased credits (referred to as Free Money / Bath Bonanza) through the app, but I still had to go down to the check-in counter to complete the payment before placing an order for in-room dining, which felt ridiculous. Why didn’t they reintroduce the credit program at the check-in counter like before? Regarding the spa, the app listed some discounted packages. When I called the spa to confirm whether I could book a Thai massage for THB 1400 without using my credits (the original price would be charged if I applied credits), they assured me that I could. When I asked if I should book through the app next, they told me they could make the booking over the phone right then. However, after my treatment, my husband was charged THB 1800 instead of THB 1400 and was informed that the discounted rate was only available through the app. Additionally, many staff members seem to have limited English proficiency, which complicated communication. It was not like this before! I booked a spa appointment for the next day at 10 AM and was told to arrive early. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment but couldn't find any staff there, and the reception didn’t open until 10 AM! After the spa, I was led to the outdoor resting area, but there was construction on a wooden bridge nearby, with hammering sounds and a burning smell! We were also disappointed with the breakfast options. There were no noodles in hot soup or traditional Thai dishes, which felt quite lackluster. The in-room dining also disappointed us. The Pad Thai I ordered was terribly salty! After the meal, the staff came to collect the dishes but left the table messy without wiping it down. On Christmas Eve, we had dinner at The Coast. It was advertised as a Christmas dinner with a live band, but it turned out to be a guitar and violin duo playing a few Chinese songs. I felt like it was a mid-autumn festival instead. My child and I arrived at the restaurant first, and I asked the staff to hold our dishes as we wanted to wait for my husband. They agreed but then served my child and me the salad starter immediately! Once my husband arrived, we had to chase them three times to serve him the starter. Additionally, I had to ask twice for a drink menu! To top it off, we were charged THB 1900 each for a main course that included only one slice of beef Wellington! We spent a total of THB 5900 for the three of us and ended up with a watery mango milkshake! Overall, it seems that the renovation did not extend to service quality, and the changes haveu significantly detracted from my experience.
