🌊 Good Beachfront Hotel Experience - A Pleasant Stay with Room for Enhancements —— 🛌 The Highlights Our stay at this beach-facing hotel was enjoyable overall. The prime location offers a splendid view of the beach and provides a serene atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of crowded areas in Pattaya. Location - 5 🌟 ⸺ 👍 Positives Bed was clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable retreat during our stay. The bed and pillows were notably soft and cozy. The hotel staff exhibited a friendly and helpful demeanor throughout our visit. ⸺ 🤔 Areas for Improvement While our experience was positive, there are areas where the hotel could enhance its offerings: • 🩴 Providing disposable footwear would add a touch of convenience to guests’ stays. • 🧴 Including hair conditioner in the room amenities would be appreciated. • 🍫 Stocking the refrigerator with food items, available for purchase, would enhance guest convenience. • 🍹 Considering the high temperatures, a complimentary welcome drink would be a refreshing gesture for arriving guests. ⸺ 😔 Inconveniences • The room size felt slightly compact, which may be worth noting for future bookings. • There was an oversight with cleaning the mini-fridge, as a previous guest’s drink was still present upon our arrival, requiring multiple calls to rectify. • Parking availability was limited, leading to immediate inconveniences upon arrival. The accommodation is cute, clean, the cover may have some old rust marks in some areas, such as the edge of the glass. A little in the bathroom isn't a problem. When booking, I chose a room with a king bed but there was none, so the hotel put the beds close together instead. When I went in, the refrigerator was not cool, the air conditioner was not cold, the bathroom light was blinking. I notified the staff and immediately sent a technician to take a look. They take great care of their customers. The employees provide the best service. The staff were smiling and welcoming, the atmosphere was good and the food was diverse. There is live music to listen to in the evening as well. I'm very impressed. I will go back again.

The location is gold! The hotel is located next to Jomtien Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Pattaya. Breakfast is nice; however, the variety of the breakfast bar is not that much. The room is a little bit old, but clean. Overall, 8.5/10.

The room is so clean and comfortable. I and my friend are very happy about all the staff. They are treated us well and friendly. If you guys wanna live nearby the beach. So, here is the perfect spot for you!!!

Service is good. Especially for bellboy, don’t know his name but I can see the service mind and gentle. The day I visit the pool is green and look dirty. Overall the room is nice you can see beach from your room And can walk across the street to the beach. Good location.

I've booked this hotel quite urgently so price quite high, I got that but our room not too clean someone left their shirt in wardrobe so the It did not brought out by cleaner before new guest? Bathroom was okay uncomfortable bed and pillow anyway staffs very friendly, helpful and service minded. Location was perfect grocery store nearby. Not too crowded.

The room was ok, but looked way better in the pictures. The service reception at he arrival wasn’t very nice and I didn’t get the double bed I was asking for. The seaview was only partial, as it was not in the building was not in the first line. At the checkout the reception was nice and was way quicker then before. All in all Pattaya was not the nicest place in Thailand, there ate far more nicer hotels for a better price

Room is clean and comfortable. People freindly. Breakfast is so so not good not bad.
