GLOW Pattaya

Siamo stati in questo hotel una settimana fa e ci è piaciuto. Abbiamo deciso di fermarci nuovamente per la notte al ritorno, ma le cose non sono andate molto bene. La biancheria da letto è sporca e lavata. La stanza è più sporca. Di notte ci sono urla e urla dei vicini. Un impiegato dell'hotel si è presentato nella nostra stanza di notte e ci ha chiamato, a quanto pare pensavano che fosse nostro. Di conseguenza, non ci fu più sonno! Nell'albergo ci sono alcuni cittadini indiani, praticamente nessun altro.

Se soggiorni a Pattaya, consiglio questo hotel senza alcuna riluttanza. Le camere sono belle! C'è un'enorme piscina e una palestra. La vista dal tetto è bellissima. Il personale è super disponibile e ci sono molti bar e mercati nelle vicinanze. 💯

Hotel economico a Pattaya. La strada pedonale è a circa 20 minuti a piedi. Il personale è disponibile. L'hotel dispone di una piccola piscina e di una piccola palestra. Di notte un po' rumoroso, da qualche parte vicino c'è un bar, che lavora fino a tardi.

Affordable and nice hotel for budget travellers. Location is accesible for other tourists spot in Pattaya.

It it reasonable price. If you drive a car by yourself, the car parking has a limited space!

Bad room condition and worst attentive service ever!! Start since arrival, we arrive to check in with 4 staff at counter but none of them greeting us until we ask where should we check in. However, staff still tried to ask each other and seem not ready to service. First room that we have checked in the room condition was very bad with poor cleanliness (as picture attached), we asked staff to change the room immediately. However, the second room still very dirty. We tried to ask better room as we didn't expected big room or nice view, just need the room is clean but staff informed that the better room will have extra fee. Finally, we accepted to pay extra charge for better room. However, we still found the stain on pillow case for both beds (as attached). We give up to provide feedback due to it seem they didn't care it and won't recommend to anyone to stay with thia hotel again. You can find better room quality and service with same price with another hotel nearby.
