Location & views are excellent. Thats about it really. ＞ rooms are old but ok for a 3 star hotel. ＞ there is no room service available, the hotel amenities have seen better days. ＞ the receptionist is friendly & helpful.

Service not goods

An absolutely delightful stay! The breathtaking view added an extra layer of charm to our experience. Can't wait to return and relive the wonderful moments. A definite must-visit again!

Hotel room is fine, clean, comfortable and has nice balcony view. Notice that the hotel shares parking lot with other rent facilities and it is assigned to 5th floor on parking building.

My second time in this hotel. Very basic hotel, big rooms, in e northern part of the Pattaya beach. Close to the biggest mall in town, and in front of the beach. Not the best hotel I have been in my life but absolutely adequate to my needs. I did not choose it for enjoying amenities like a gym or a gorgeous garden. Great courtesy, efficient service, huge properly working fridge (not a microscopic useless standard one). I will be happy to go there again in case I return there.

Well positioned hotel and rooms were clean

Strategically located at the North of the Beach Road, it is quiet and yet close to the main attractions, bars and great restaurants around. 10 mins walking from the biggest shopping mall and 5 mins from Starbucks for the visitors that prefer their traditional breakfast stuff rather than the local. The staff is extremely kind, check-in and check-out procedures very fast. Highly recommended for the no-frills travelers.

Stunning views at this hotel. Loved the pool! The rooms are clean. The rooms are outdated and the bed was too firm for my personal liking, but for the price I would stay again. The staff are super nice.

The room was big but bathroom was not nice.
