Ben posizionato prima di Patrasso, facile da trovare. Parcheggio proprio all'ingresso. Ottimo servizio, bella accoglienza, camera spaziosa, pulita, di buona reputazione. Colazione molto ben servita, abbondante e buona. Hotel da ricordare. Per cena, i ristoranti sono nel centro di Rio.

Parking did not exist-streets so filled with cars. Room was satisfactory even though very small.

I went in this hotel in August 2023 and it was a very pleasant experience. The rooms and the bathroom were clean and tidy as well as equipped with all the necessary items (including a small fridge). Nice breakfast with a lot of variety and very good position, only 5 walking minutes from the central square of the city.

Great hotel in Patra, close to transport and dining

Unfortunately we where on a cruise and I fell I’ll in Greece I ended up in Patras in hospital we then transferred to the Costello city hotel in Patras for 2 weeks. I haven’t got one bad thing to stay about this hotel the the staff looked after us and nothing was to much trouble. The hotel very clean and the breakfast was excellent continental and cooked bacon eggs etc. So thank you to all the staff a great team,the hotel should be very proud of everyone of you 5*

Excellent small hotel in a good location in the centre of Patras Good and friendly reception service Included breakfast with eggs!

I originally booked this hotel via *********** but due to our ferry being cancelled we weren’t able to travel to Patras as planned. I requested a cancellation (albeit I had paid for the stay) and the hotel were good enough to agree to the cancellation and give me a full refund. This is top notch customer service in my books. When we did eventually did get on the ferry and because of the above, I booked with the hotel directly for a 1 night stay. It was a great hotel - staff were friendly, it was ultra clean and I had one of the best nights sleeps ever. The breakfast had plenty of choice (both hot and cold) - e.g. eggs, bacon, cheese, cold meats, pastries, cakes. It was also next to numerous restaurants and bars. I would not hesitate to stay in this hotel again and wish our stay had been longer

Clean hotel, v friendly and helpful staff , well located. Good value for money and decent breakfast.V minor ******* - toiletries that looked old and poor seal on shower door - but price, staff, comfy beds and short walk to centre more than compensate.
