Castello City

Unfortunately we where on a cruise and I fell I’ll in Greece I ended up in Patras in hospital we then transferred to the Costello city hotel in Patras for 2 weeks. I haven’t got one bad thing to stay about this hotel the the staff looked after us and nothing was to much trouble. The hotel very clean and the breakfast was excellent continental and cooked bacon eggs etc. So thank you to all the staff a great team,the hotel should be very proud of everyone of you 5*

I originally booked this hotel via *********** but due to our ferry being cancelled we weren’t able to travel to Patras as planned. I requested a cancellation (albeit I had paid for the stay) and the hotel were good enough to agree to the cancellation and give me a full refund. This is top notch customer service in my books. When we did eventually did get on the ferry and because of the above, I booked with the hotel directly for a 1 night stay. It was a great hotel - staff were friendly, it was ultra clean and I had one of the best nights sleeps ever. The breakfast had plenty of choice (both hot and cold) - e.g. eggs, bacon, cheese, cold meats, pastries, cakes. It was also next to numerous restaurants and bars. I would not hesitate to stay in this hotel again and wish our stay had been longer

Petit hôtel très calme situé en plein centre de Patras. Localisation parfaite ! Petit déjeuner correct, bonne literie, salle de bain un peu étroite mais suffisante. Le personnel est très aimable et accueillant.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι στο κέντρο της Πάτρας σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία . Το δωμάτιο είναι πεντακάθαρο και μοντέρνο. Το προσωπικό φιλικό και εξαιρετικά ευγενικό. Μας εντυπωσίασε το πλούσιο κ νόστιμο πρωινό. Τέλεια όλα!θα το προτιμούσα ξανά και το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα !

Ωραίο μικρό ξενοδοχείο μοντέρνο με καλές υπηρεσίες στο κέντρο τής πόλης. το προσωπικό είναι πολύ φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό. το πρωινό είναι πολύ καλό και πλούσιο για το μέγεθος του ξενοδοχείου,.... το μπάνιο και το μονόκλινο δωμάτιο λίγο μικρά, ανεκτό για 2...3... διανυκτερευσεις. το κρεβάτι αναπαυτικό και ξεκούραστο. Ο λόγος που έβαλα 4 είναι για το μέγεθος του μπάνιου. στο 303 αλλάξτε τη θέση τής τηλεόρασης, ξαπλωμένος στο κρεβάτι δεν μπορείς να δεις τηλεόραση, . ευχαριστώ για τη διαμονή.
