Hotel in zona Sigma Library, Patna

La struttura è molto attraente, l'atmosfera è molto vicina, il personale è molto attraente. Era pulito, elegante, accogliente con un servizio eccellente dove abbiamo cenato. La cena era buona e il grande valore per soldi e servizio era attento ed efficiente. La stanza stessa era ben attrezzata e confortevole. Ero molto contento del mio soggiorno. Spero di essere di nuovo per una visita più lunga in futuro.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 2 notti 3 giorni. Ho prenotato una camera superiore(ac) di questo hotel. L'hotel è 2-3 min di distanza a piedi dalla giunzione patna. Tutti i tipi di negozi e ristoranti sono disponibili solo nelle vicinanze. Lo spazio in camera è ok per una persona. Ma ho bisogno di più pulizia. Il comportamento del personale è buono. Hanno il proprio ristorante e la qualità dei cibi è abbastanza buona per mangiare regolarmente. Forniscono cibo illimitato nel loro colazione, se siete prenotati.

I would like to add on as a suggestion. When i reached reception it was completely vacant for almost 10 minutes. After that a lady came who was annoyed and frustrated. She was very rude while talking. We have been opting for this hotel since so long. But i had a very bad experience this time with that lady. Hotel management should take this as a concern as one of your employees sitting in such an important place can shatter your image. In my case i was your permanent customer visiting once or twice to patna.

Umm, visitato questo posto nel maggio 2022 per una visita solo. Le camere sono meno ventilate e anche l'hotel non ha un servizio alimentare. Ma la cosa buona su questo hotel è che la sua posizione è nel cuore della città. E quando si prenota via Goibibo, si ottiene sconti pesanti.

Hello Everyone!!! It was exactly a year ago when my family and I had checked in your property and had stayed for over a week. The experience at Amrapali Residency is worth mentioning. Hotel's location, ambience, courteous and helpful staff, cleanliness, service, food, everything was just amazing. We had a wonderful time staying here. Rooms are beautiful, clean and very cosy. Food prepared by the chef's are delicious. Front office executives, Food and Beverage executives, Housekeeping Team, Security Guard, all of them were not only professional in delivering their services but also courteous and helpful too. The best part was that every staff would always wear a smile on their face which is an essential quality of a service professional in the service sector. I would also like to show my appreciation to the General ***ager of the hotel who took utmost care to ensure that the guests in the hotel feel comfortable during the stay. Overall it was a beautiful and happy experience staying here. I would like to thank the entire team of Amrapali Residency Patna for their warm hospitality. I look forward to visiting your property in near future. Thank You!!!

Nice experience to stay in this hotel. Neat n clean rooms.Stay was very comfort and luxurious.Specially housekeeping service was very nice.They maintain proper hygiene of cleaning and all.Thank you to Housekeeping team and Housekeeping supervisor Mr sunny and ms reena.I am very happy to stay in this hotel.hotel was situated in the heart of patna bihar.

Recently I stayed at hotel The Park Pride, Patna. Undoubtedly It is one of the best hotel in Patna. The Hotel was elegant and had a great ambience. Room was clean and bathroom was spotless. After a long day of work shedule those comfortable bed and quality linen of the hotel helped me to sleep pleasantly. Amenities provided by the hotel were excellent. Hotel dining was luxurious and quite impressive. Various options of delicious & qualities foods were available. Even in the complimentary breakfast they had the varieties of tasty & healthy food. All the staff members of the hotel were attentive, well behaved and uniformed. Numerous rooms, big halls & huge parking area making “The Park Pride” the people’s best choice for Marriage Functions, Parties and for the Business meets.

Just for the information to everyone this is not like a Hotel. It is a kind of Lodge with branded fittings but not in proper working condition. There is no maintenance of these branded fittings and most of them are malfunctioning. Manger doesn't bother about the cleaning or anything most of the time he was busy with TV , mobile with hear phones or sleeping. There was no hygiene in this hotel.No proper cleaning and cleaning staff was busy with his mobile all the time. The room which was offered to us was full of dust and toilet was dirty with cigarette ashes. Even though we reminded the cleaning staff but still he was behaving like doing some favour. The kitchen was most of the time out of stock, however the cook was good. There was no help for our luggage even though there were staff around. They don't have manners. We took our luggage from ground floor to 5th floor and same while returning. Even though we asked them to help no body turned up and the manager is completely useless. There was a lizard in the room we called the staff to remove it but they were least bother ;we had to remove it by our own. I won't recommend anyone to book this Lodge.We wasted our money and time our bad luck. After my review I was offered a discount of 50% and free breakfast for my next booking. But I don't want to take the risk after this pathetic experience. Wasted my money!!!!!!
