Hotel in zona Boating Park, Patiala

Pre Covid...i have stayed in AK Suites at least 4 times, once for 10 days at a time and I loved the place and their hospitality. Hence it was one hotel that felt like home in Patiala. Post Covid I moved to Patiala and never had the opportunity to stay there again. On 31st Aug...I wanted to celebrate a very special day for a friend plus wanted to stay the night for old times sake.  After check in...as i mentioned it was a very important day for us and we wanted to surprise a good friend so a few of friends (all medicos) came in for the surprise.  Immediately i got a call from the reception that visitors not allowed. Since the friend whom we wanted to surprise was on her way...i requested the receptionist to give me 15 mins...we will surprise wish my friend and all will leave immediately. She was rude and again asked all visitors to leave. We were desperate as our friend was just 5 mins away and we had no time to change the venue so I ran down to 2nd floor reception and again requested her to give us 15 mins...the moment we all wish our friend...all will leave. She was adamant despite assurance that we will not make any sound or create confusion.  All we needed was 15 mins. In desperation I asked her to call the manager while I rushed back to the room as our friend was almost there.  As soon as we finished surprising our friend and wished her...the manager came up to the room and was equally rude. Since we had finished our surprise...i told him that all will leave in 10 mins. He got even more ruder , looked at his watch and told me you have 7 mins to leave as if he was talking to a beggar.  Yes, on technical grouds...they were right but I have never been more embarrassed and humiliated.  I had told my friends that I will book AK Suites for this special day and Ak suites ruined it for me. All my friends were planning to come back in the evening and have dinner on rooftop but after this incident they refused to come back.  I am 52 years old and have traveled good part of the world to the world's finest hotels but never have I have ever been humiliated like this.  I again repeat...according to the rules they were correct but service industry is more than following rules...its about keeping customer's happy and all I had asked (almost begged) was for 15-20 mins for my friends to be in my room.  Congrats AK suites...you won on technical ground but lost your goodwill and respect. Not to mention years of business these medico would have given you.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per una funzione, anche se la funzione matrimoniale era in un altro hotel. Un bel hotel con un sacco di spazio per parcheggio davanti. Camere grandi con tutte le attrezzature. Nessuna disturbo acustico. Camera grande con bagno con toilette, asciugacapelli. Personale cortese amichevole. Controlla bene.

Hotel kings retreat well furnished. Staff members is very coprative. Food quality is very excellent. Specially for masala papad and veg rice biryani egg biryani. Price rate is very responsible. Parking space garden loction is wonderful

Grande hotel .. molto buona posizione.. situato vicino al bus stand molto budget hotel amico in patiala .... mi hanno fornito un'installazione di pick-up dalla stazione ferroviaria ...complimentary bevande .. WiFi gratuita ...tutto è stato appropriato in questo hotel

Room was ok, not that good, floor was dusty, had to request for towels. Did bot provide even drinking water, even after asking. Poor bed, poor washroom interiors. Cockroaches, running in the bathroom. Just had to spend the night, did not have the option to cancel due to booking same day. If i had the option, i would have cancel-led it.

Le camere hanno buoni interni Più piccolo prezzo da altri nella zona, ma vale la pena perché offrono 24x7 servizio e cibo in camera. Vale il prezzo.. Ero un ospite unico e la camera affidabile da me era 1200. Mi sono soggiornato in camera n. 102

E' stato bello stare li', ma quando ho controllato l'hotel, c'erano così tanti problemi con camere come il letto auro di toletta non pulito anche la TV. Il cavo non funzionava, ma dopo aver parlato con la customer care of mmt, tutti i problemi sono stati risolti. E il soggiorno diventa comodo. Così, in generale, buona esperienza. Grazie mm t squadra
