Hotel in zona ND LEATHER (Grosir/Ecer), Pasuruan

Berada di area Taman Dayu letaknya di tengah2, walau agak jauh dari main gate utama tapi strategis bisa ke D'gunungan,Spiderbucks kafe,DeDuren Mas,Ollive Beach,Callimera masih dalam satu komplek tapi banyak tempat makan bagus. Dalam hotel sendiri sangat luas kamarnya bagus 👍👍👍 restorannya bagus view-nya ,fasilitas banyak, parkiran cukup memadai. Sayangnya pelayanan nya atau ketanggapannya kurang khususnya dlm hal pengaturan kamar ini yg harus banyak diperbaiki lagi supaya lebih profesional dalam menangani pemesanan kamar dan tamu Krn ini hotel disematkan bintang 4 layanan staff juga harus lebih baik. Banyak melakukan maintenance terutama peremajaan interior dan sekitar lorong yang tipe kamar kingbed agar tidak terkesan kusam. Semoga dapat lebih baik lagi. Untuk yang family enak ambil kamar yg di blok angka 100 an tipe khusus twin all, sdgkan lansia yang benar2 kesulitan jalan bisa ambil yg blok kamar angka 200 an tipe king bed yg persis di atas lobby Krn utk menuju yg tipe twin ada bbrp anak tangga yg harus dilewati. Makanan luar bisa cari di foodcourt dekat gerbang Taman Dayu banyak sekali aneka macam makanan.

Dear K Gallery , I as a customer hotel said thank you for receptionist or front officer in loby area for they hospitality but not for your ”room division manager” SO RUDE !!! Really , omg , i've never been feel like that , your service is very bad & not unfreindly !! I booked villa by whastapp , at 1st time i said for 15 people and they text me back NOTHING about how many people i bought ! They just told bout rate villa & i choose 3 bedrooms . I call them n talk bout promo they said they gave me 6 breakfast and i asked facilities likes paintball . When i arrived there while they clean the villa , i asked the receptionist , i asked PERMISSION can i have lunch in there loby , and she said no problem !!! While we EATING , i dont know 'THE MANAGER' speak to my SPV and start looking ”BLAME ” us , the point is we must take extra bed cz they villa just for 6 PEOPLE!! I THINK ONLY JUST CZ WE EAT IN THE LOBBY !! CZ WHEN I CHECKED IN THE RECEPTIONIST THEY NOT TOLD BOUT THAT . HEY I'VE TEXTING BOUT HOW MANY PEOPLE & WHEN WE TALK BY PHONE WHY IF K GALLERY BE DIFFERENT W/ ANY VILLA HOTEL LIKE JAMBULUWUK , HARISS VILLA MALANG , VILLA AMARTA HILLS , ETC . . . WHY U NOT EXPLAINED AT THE FIRST TIME ??!! ITS NOT BOUT MONEY , ITS MORE BOUT CLEAR IN THE BEGINNING NOT IN THE END . However , we're 11 people plus 3 extra bed and we didn't play paintball , we're not enjoyed it at all . Seriously . . . I hope , your hotel service is more good , friendly and that the future is not the same thing happen.

Cozy place to stay.Check-in instructions were super helpful.Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily! I love the exterior design of this hotel.

Susana va bene, il paesaggio è sorprendente. Tra le due montagne. Solo la pulizia della stanza è un po' mancante.. Vicino ai posti di cibo

Molto comodo posto, la colazione è buona, le foglie sono cambiate ogni giorno,vedi cambiano quando si controlla.a notte,l'atmosfera è molto buona,ci sono le luci decorative.bagno spazioso.Parcheggio è anche abbastanza spazioso. E' solo che a notte si sente un po'suoni e rumore, a causa della posizione dell'hotel sul lato della strada. E' solo che non sono troppo disturbato da questo.

L'hotel è grande, la stanza è grande, le strutture sono molto vecchie, ma il servizio è buono.Il fratello del mattino sta facendo uova di merda e è molto delizioso!Avrei prenotato la data sbagliata e dopo aver comunicato con Trip.com, il fratello dell'hotel ha coordinato seriamente la data di soggiorno! Molto grazie!

Posizione strategica, Il luogo è abbastanza pulito, ma le luci della stanza sono un po 'dilucida, anche se tutto si è aperto, il cibo è abbastanza buono ma una stanza ha un menu diverso, 1 piatto di riso bianco, 1 piatto di riso fritto

It was a very nice experience, I will consider coming on vacation with my family, the staff is very friendly and professional, the rooms are very clean, the food at the restaurant is very good, I had a very nice surprise from the staff for my birthday . You have many beautiful places to visit. I strongly recommend this Hotel.

Lereng è un hotel piuttosto nuovo, ma ha già un personale ben addestrato che sono tutti molto utili. Se i visitatori non hanno già organizzato il loro tour Bromo, possono aiutare. La camera è bella (la nostra era al quarto piano), il ristorante al sesto piano ha molto spazio e anche un piccolo spazio per bambini. Ho provato anche la sauna, molto bello con la pina. Ma non ha doccia attaccato. Vorremmo avere il tempo di rimanere ancora una notte.

Le recensioni lette mi avevano messo una paura terribile ma era la soluzione più comoda per salire sul bromo quindi ho scelto comunque di soggiornare qui . Siamo una coppia giramondo e ho visto posti ben peggiori . Certo non è un hotel a 5 stelle ma non si merita tutte queste recensioni negative . Stanza molto umida, due letti matrimoniali con bagno privato e piccolo balcone . Lenzuola ok , bagno con acqua calda non una cascata ma c’era l’acqua calda ed e già un plus .. cibo buonissimo ! cena speso 10 euro per due piatti + patatine fritte e due tazze di te caldo .. Onesto.. buona colazione prevalentemente indonesiana .. non mi sento di dare un brutto voto alla mia esperienza . Bisogna pensare di essere in montagna dove Ci sono 9 gradi e sei in Indonesia non di certo in uno chalet in Italia .
