We are in one of the newest developments in the Tampa area. The hotel is located near 3 new shopping malls, The Cypress Creek is Town Center 1/4 mile, The Shoppes at Wiregrass is 2 miles, and The Grove which is 4 miles. Questo hotel è stato conveniente per un soggiorno di fermata durante il viaggio. Parcheggio gratuito, con molti spazi. Ci sono alcuni ristoranti vicino, se necessario, ci sono anche un Starbucks a meno di .25 miglia da. La camera era pulita, il personale era gentile e amichevole. Il letto era un po 'solido, non il miglior sonno, ma non un interruttore per questo punto di prezzo, che si prevede. Ci sono 2 sedili nella camera, eccetto il letto, che è conveniente per mangiare. C'è un bel posto a sedere all'aperto con hammock e seduto sia con aree ombrate che senza ombra, un plus. C'è un piccolo posto per comprare snacks e qualche sonnier vicino al desk front, se necessario. Per questo posto è necessario un'auto, poche negozi vicino ma non molto camminabile. Per la stanza, si sentiva di vapore, il letto, le tovaglie e anche le nostre cose cominciarono a sentire di vapore. La spiegazione era che questo è FL. Vivo nel sud e nel nord del sud, non lo comprerò. C'è un problema con il sistema AC. Ma per un giorno non c'è un interruttore di affari. C'è solo un ascensore, che era scomodo durante i tempi di picco. Questo ascensore è utilizzato dal personale con auto e dall'ospite che cerca di ottenere colazione e check-out. Altro tempo l'ascensore non era un problema. Questo hotel ha solo 3 piani, quindi le scale erano una opzione. Alla fine, il valore era lì per questa posizione. Budget friendly trova!

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno mentre visitava la zona di Tampa. La nostra camera era pulita e confortevole con un layout simile a quello di altre suite Springhill. La camera era molto luminosa nella zona seduttiva, ma un po' mancava vicino ai letti. La zona di colazione era pulita e confortevole con un posto ampia. La macchina da waffle che normalmente ci aspettava a colazione complimentare era notevolmente mancata, ma ci erano dei waffle pre-made disponibili. Il parcheggio era ampia e il wifi dell'hotel funzionava bene. L'hotel si trova in una zona tranquilla che sembra essere recentemente costruita, poiché Google Maps sembrava un po' confuso sulle strade addiacenti all'hotel. Ci sono molte opzioni di vendita al dettaglio e di cena entro un'automobile 10-15 e l'hotel è vicino al Suncoast Parkway che vi porta a Tampa.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo avuto una camera da regina (#208). Molto soddisfatto della dimensione e della pulizia della camera. Sembrava molto nuova e era molto confortevole e spaziosa. L'hotel stesso era ben decorato e il colazione era vario e bello -- standard, ma con strutture meridionali come sepoltura. Un po' di scherzo sulla nostra stanza particolare è stato che le letture digitali sull'orologio e il termostat non funzionavano (vedi foto). Una cosa minore, tuttavia. L'unica vera negatività su questo hotel che devo riferire è sul parcheggio laterale. Ogni volta che siamo entrati nel parcheggio laterale (dove c’è un ingresso chiave che abbiamo usato per arrivare nella nostra stanza) abbiamo visto le persone scorrere un po’ e, soprattutto di notte, non si sentono così sicure. E c’era sempre un casuale rottame in questo posto. Maschere, tazze alimentari, ecc.

UUtente ospiteAnche se la stanza che abbiamo soggiornato era molto pulita e i letti confortevoli, l'hotel mostra la sua età. Il tubo aveva chips in porcellana, e la tenda del doccia era difficile da chiudere per impedire che il pavimento non si inondasse quando si docciava. Non ci sono abbastanza accessori nella stanza per tutta la nostra elettronica, soprattutto perché i porti USB nella lampada tra le letti non funzionavano. Inoltre, uno degli ascensori era fuori servizio. Il colazione aveva molte scelte, ma le uova e le biscotti erano uscite quando ci siamo arrivati e ci sono voluti un po' prima che fosse riempita; per questo abbiamo scelto gli omelette di formaggio, ma non erano calde e erano masticate. I collegamenti di salsa potevano essere migliorati a causa di un caso estremamente difficile da tagliare. Il produttore di pancake era un bel complemento. I dipendenti del desk front erano molto amichevoli e utili. Ho dato 4 stelle perché la stanza era pulita, i letti erano comodi, e i dipendenti erano amici e utili.

UUtente ospiteOttimo soggiorno!! Katelyn Perez andò sopra e oltre per rendere il nostro soggiorno comodo e piacevole!! Era la persona che guardiamo tutti i giorni! Ci siamo trasferiti dal 29 marzo al 6 aprile. Le camere erano bellissime e pulite e il personale di pulizia è molto completo. La mia raccomandazione è certamente: un altro carino membro del personale, Annalise, che si occupa della zona continentale del colazione, è un'aggiunta inestimabile.
