Hotel in zona Boy Scout Preserve, Pasco County

Mi sento bene, la posizione è buona

Abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno mentre visitava la zona di Tampa. La nostra camera era pulita e confortevole con un layout simile a quello di altre suite Springhill. La camera era molto luminosa nella zona seduttiva, ma un po' mancava vicino ai letti. La zona di colazione era pulita e confortevole con un posto ampia. La macchina da waffle che normalmente ci aspettava a colazione complimentare era notevolmente mancata, ma ci erano dei waffle pre-made disponibili. Il parcheggio era ampia e il wifi dell'hotel funzionava bene. L'hotel si trova in una zona tranquilla che sembra essere recentemente costruita, poiché Google Maps sembrava un po' confuso sulle strade addiacenti all'hotel. Ci sono molte opzioni di vendita al dettaglio e di cena entro un'automobile 10-15 e l'hotel è vicino al Suncoast Parkway che vi porta a Tampa.

Myself and three of my friends, take a golf trip every year and have stayed here for the past ten years or so. Please note that everyone that works there is wonderful and very accommodating. The daily breakfast was very good. However, since the proprty has been purchased and new management has taken over, things have gone downhill. Upon arrival neither rooms could be opened. After a time and new room cards, we were able to get into our room. The other room could not be unlocked. Finally a maintenance worker was able to open the door with his master fob, but couldnot get the key cards to work. since no other rooms were available, they were given a master fob. I assume it was set to only work on that room, but it would not work on the outside doors. The next day when we returned and went to our rooms. The room with the lock trouble was wide open and lock was in pieces on the table. They had been working on it and had left it that way while they were somewhere else. Do not know how long it was open for. When we checked out, one room was supposed to be on my credit card, the other room was supposed to be on one of their cards. They left everything on my card. They had the information and card number for the other from check-in. Perhaps the staff is not all properly trained. The assistant manager assured us she could fix it. Each room should have been approximately $2200. By the time she was done, the other room had $4400 charged and mine had been charged nearly $11,000. At that time she said she could not change it because of the large amount involved. When we got home, we had to spend time calling the general manager and spend a couple of weeks calling my credit card company (just in case) and checking in online to make sure the excess charges were removed. It was finally straightened out, but it should never have happened. As a side note there used to be activities four nights per week for the guests, i.e., pizza night, grill night, movie night and so on. Not anymore. Overall disappointing.

Abbiamo avuto una camera da regina (#208). Molto soddisfatto della dimensione e della pulizia della camera. Sembrava molto nuova e era molto confortevole e spaziosa. L'hotel stesso era ben decorato e il colazione era vario e bello -- standard, ma con strutture meridionali come sepoltura. Un po' di scherzo sulla nostra stanza particolare è stato che le letture digitali sull'orologio e il termostat non funzionavano (vedi foto). Una cosa minore, tuttavia. L'unica vera negatività su questo hotel che devo riferire è sul parcheggio laterale. Ogni volta che siamo entrati nel parcheggio laterale (dove c’è un ingresso chiave che abbiamo usato per arrivare nella nostra stanza) abbiamo visto le persone scorrere un po’ e, soprattutto di notte, non si sentono così sicure. E c’era sempre un casuale rottame in questo posto. Maschere, tazze alimentari, ecc.

Internet potrebbe essere migliore, altrimenti un ottimo soggiorno

Il personale è fantastico, le donne che servono la colazione sono le migliori e i popcorn e i biscotti la sera sono un'ottima sorpresa, ho solo bisogno di più?
