Hotel am Domplatz - Adult Only

This review states my personal opinion. I have never encountered such an experience in my entire life. During a business trip, a concert was held in front of the hotel. The hotel did not inform guests about this event and showed no understanding that the immense noise might disturb them. Guests were not permitted to be in the hallway. Worst of all, the hotel director, Mr. Bortoli, was rude, extremely aggressive, and instructed guests to shut up and return to their rooms immediately. The irony is that the hotel director was sitting on the first floor hallway with his friends, enjoying the concert. The only positive aspect is the location. However, due to the owner's attitude, I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. I encourage you to read the other negative reviews.

Great location in the old town next to the tallest (?) cathedral in Austria. Great in-house restaurant , with a multitude of others available. Only 100 m away from the shopping *****, with a public underground parking not tied to the hotel only 20 m away.

I was on a business trip in the area and loved my stay at the Hotel. The rooms where amazing, the staff was exceptional and breakfast was delicious. It’s perfectly located in the city center, so you can walk everywhere downtown. And it has parking around the corner.

Great hotel and even greater Front Desk Manager Ms Muradi , she promptly replied to my email and arranged what i requested . Superior room second floor is wonderful , very clean with everything needed for an excellent stay. View is second to none , we had a restful sleep last night so peaceful outside .Difficult to find a city hotel without noise . Keep up the good work giving customers more than 100% satisfaction during their stay . George and Iliana

Dies ist ein stilvolles und durchdacht gestaltetes Hotel in einem ruhigen und charmanten Teil von Linz – perfekt für alle, die die Stadt genießen und sich am Ende des Tages vom Trubel erholen möchten. Das Gebäude selbst ist ein architektonisches Juwel, mit einer beeindruckenden Fassade, die einen sofort in die zeitlose Eleganz des klassischen Linz eintauchen lässt. Schon bei unserer Ankunft fühlten wir uns vom Personal herzlich willkommen geheißen. Die Mitarbeiter waren nicht nur professionell und effizient, sondern auch warmherzig, aufmerksam und stets bereit, Empfehlungen zu geben oder bei allem zu helfen, was wir während unseres Aufenthalts benötigten. Die Zimmer sind zwar kompakt, nutzen den verfügbaren Platz jedoch hervorragend und sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Jedes Detail – vom Dekor bis zur Qualität der Bettwäsche – zeugt von viel Sorgfalt und einem ausgeprägten Sinn für Design. Es ist offensichtlich, dass der Komfort der Gäste bei der Gestaltung oberste Priorität hatte. Das Frühstück war ein echtes Highlight – ein beeindruckendes Buffet mit einer großen Auswahl an frischen und hochwertigen Speisen. Von köstlichem Gebäck und frischem Obst bis hin zu herzhaften Optionen und hervorragendem Kaffee übertraf es unsere Erwartungen und hebt sich deutlich von anderen Hotels dieser Kategorie ab. Insgesamt bietet dieses Hotel ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Mit seiner schönen Lage, dem ausgezeichneten Service und der stilvollen Ausstattung würden wir es jederzeit weiterempfehlen – und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in Linz.

Schönes Hotel in super Lage - alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit ausgezeichnetem Service: aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und äußerst freundlich ! Im Gegensatz zur Rezeption - die 2 Damen waren äußerst unfreundlich und maßregelnd ! Wir werden aufgrund dieser herablassenden und unprofessionellen Behandlung dieses Hotel sicher nicht mehr buchen - eigentlich schade !
