Hotel is just a trailer real picture is their staff with a home feeling. It’s just 10-15 minutes drive from terminal 3 with a free transport. Firstly when I saw hotel I was very disappointed however from check in to my room each and ever individual was very assistive and informative. Receptionist Tricia was very helpful during stay as well as rigor, Julius ,floro and Simon from housekeeping was very helpful thank you guys for making my stay pleasant and home feeling. I hope to see you guys on my next visit to Philippines.

Ich wurde am Flughafen abgefangen "Nice Hotel, nice Price" danach folgte der Gratis Transport in die Hölle. Als ich aus dem Zimmer raus wollte fiel die Türklinke raus. Ich musste an die Türe poltern bis Hilfe kam und jemand von Aussen die Türe öffnen konnte. Das Hotel ist eine Feuerfalle. bei einem Brand hat es keine Fluchtmöglichkeiten. Verwinkelte dunkle Gänge und Treppen. Gitter an den Fenstern wie im Gefängnis. WIFI ist sehr schlecht und langsam mit Unterbrüchen und funktioniert nicht im Zimmer, nur in der Lobby. Dusche hat kein Druck und funktioniert deshalb nur kalt. Toilette (ohne Brille und Deckel) spült nur ungenügend und überläuft. Air-Condition riecht schlecht und ist sehr laut aber kühlt nicht richtig. Als ich an der Rezeption über die Missstände aufmerksam machte, sagte sie mit einem bezaubernden Lächeln: das ist halt so! Ich empfehle allen einen riesigen Bogen um dieses Hotel zu machen. Ich hielt es nur 3 Stunden aus in diesem schmuddeligen Laden, natürlich zum vollen Preis
