Solo traveller here and been a regular guest of this hotel since november of 2023. Supervisor Riyo is one of your people who regularly recieves me and he has been good all the time. Very acommodating and always ready to assist me in anyway. His manager taught him well, not a day that i was not called and reminded during meal time

hi there just want to recommend Pasay Rotonda Sogo Hotel because of the service and the stay i have there... Thank you, Sogo Hotel very nice staff. Every time I need something the staff there are always available for me and to other guest. They have a very good service to the guest very satisfying stay. Hope to see you again and I personally must say that I enjoy staying at your hotel.

The service was good, the things we need were provided the towels, ameneties and everything. However the cr at the room we stayed at drained slowly 😅 and they gave us only 1 blanket. But still overall it was a good experience very clean, they provided us slippers as well and so far safe we left our things and went out coming back with everything there❤️.. Thanks for the wonderful stay worth the price.

Overall I can say is Good.

The hotel is so clean and the staff are so friendly

The service Crews are good except the incident of the security guard dealing with taxi driver to drive us from hotel to MOA for 400 pesos which is double price from the standard metered taxi. Upon leaving the hotel, the taxi driver gave the Kuya guard 50pesos and said it's for the parking. The hotel is in renovation, that's why I think, the place was not so clean. The food was also ok.

They should give free hot water for the coffee.

I was made to wait for an hour to check in despite the room being paid for already. This after a very long international flight. I also asked for a food menu so I can order food whilst waiting but I was told it is only in the room so need to wait till I get checked in. Very disappointing check in experience
