Perfect for a night’s sleep We arrived late at night after a music festival and it was perfect space for my husband and I. The space provided everything we needed for a quick comfortable night sleep.

Space was just right for 2 people. Host was very communicative and accommodating. Only feedback is that parking in the backyard is a bit tight and that the shared walls were very thin. We could hear the other guests in the adjoining house talking very clearly well past quiet hours up to 2:30am.

Excellent stay My husband and I were in the area to visit family, and this ended up being the perfect place to stay. It was just the right size for 2 people, and is located in a nice quiet residential neighborhood. The owner does a great job with communication, and makes himself available for anything that might pop up. We will definitely come back next time we’re in town.

Cozy! Great location and a beautiful listing! Host was very kind and had very simple check-in and check-out instructions. It was nice to be able to get in and get out without any fuss. I visited Pasadena for a local convention and it was nice and quiet. I really appreciated the private nature of the listing and the host. I didn’t feel the least bit intruded on or unwelcome. I will definitely try to book this listing again for the next con in 2026!!

Stay for the Cruel World Fest Our stay was nice and comfortable. The studio was very clean, centrally located to shopping centers, close to freeways, but also located in a quiet neighborhood.

Enjoyable Stay We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is located in a quiet residential area in a what seem to be an in-law unit. It was spacious for two people and was equipped with everything we needed. We appreciated how easy it was to get in touch with the owners and how responsive they were.
