My family and I (4) of us checked in about 8 minutes after 3. We were greeted by Mohammed I believe he said his name was... hardly spoke, but was not unpleasant or harsh. The place felt off from the entrance, as we went up in the elevator it got worse, carpetry looked dirty and that should have been our RED FLAG. We went to our floor, and were greeted with a musty and other smells that we couldn't tell exactly what, but not pleasant aromas. Then, wet looking towels at many doors. When we reached our room the mot pleasant thing about our room was the AC was on fairly high, maybe to mask a smell there too. We did not feel safe, and some things were dirty, so did not want to risk an asthma attack, rodents nor bed bugs or worse, so we decided to leave immediately. I told the front desk receptionist we will be speaking to the manager or other, please check us out and that we were r refund. He said that because we had paid and ordered the room online, we needed to cancel online. Very annoyed, disappointed, inconvenienced, & dumbfounded at the lack of care at this establishment. I unfortunately can not recommend this place to anyone unless this establishment close to do the necessary maintenance, upkeep and renovations they need to do when guests aren't around to make a stay comfortable and worthy. Now I see why there was a fairly low price on a weekend. It still was not worth it. The front desk receptionist didn't say a word else, as if saying I can't even blame you.

Pretty Disgusting Upon check in to the room after the front staff was not very helpful. The room actually 2 rooms I reserved, for business had trash out front appeared to be for a few days. There were mice or rats in the bags. People appeared to be living in rooms for extended times with eviction notices observed. Also, small bags of what appeared to be ***** on stairs. upon entry of room. Batteries for remote were not functioning. Lights or lack there of, contained the bugs flying around in the room and the mattress hasn't been moved in years. I had tried to plug in a lamp and was surprised by filth found. Drain was slow in sink and continental breakfast was less than stellar. No juice of any kind and limited items like bagels waffles and maybe cereal nothing else. So please don't stay in room 209 or 210 or you may be extremely disappointed for sure

We reserved 7 rooms in this hotel under my ******* account. All 7 family have a bad experience with the front desk guy. He was nasty unprofessional. No good manner to talk to guest. He seems to be angry to deal with guests. Two families left and paid for another hotel. He won’t even let one family check in. The reservation was done under my ******* account but the hotel was reserved under the family name. They showed him the reservation under their name but refused to let them check in. I asked to speak to the manager he told me there is no manager in the hotel. We had absolutely bad experience all together.

So much potential Check-in was smooth as butter…they have all the things someone would need in a room…ie Good night Green, I am bored, Iron, mini fridge. Now, with no disrespect to the people who clean. I’m sure it was that this hotel was participating in housing people, because it was awfully dirty. The walls all had stains. The blanket looked like it had stains, or something like that because it was supposed to be 1 color but wasn’t. Same wit the towels…seriously they were not completely white. We figured we would wait to address all these things in the morning…except at around 2am…we found bed bugs. Multiple bed bugs…in multiple sizes…I was informed I could speak to the manager when he gets in at 10am. I’m exhausted, cranky, and Hangry. There is free breakfast. Let’s see how it goes by 10 am because until now….I just wanna scream
