"I reallyyy loveee thiss placeeeee!!! How i wish i can stay here forever:(( Their staff were reallyy helpful& polite. The environment breathtaking, very beautifulll. Inrecommend you guys to include breakfast in trip as it is really affordable and nicee. They serve breakfast buffet with with variety option. Tolonglahh stayy sinii best experience ever!!! I pun nak repeat nantiiiii"

"Love the glamping experience.. a peaceful and comfortable stay with a nice view. The room has all that you need for a pleasant stay.
Although the access route to the location is quite tricky but we have an experienced local driver and the hotel provided us with clear instructions on how to get there (we arrived very early morning). Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast was decent with a nice view. The only cons is the flies at the breakfast area, which makes dining in a bit annoying with the flies. Other than that. Its a plus."

"Peaceful Stay with a Beautiful View
I had a great stay here. The hotel offers a stunning view and the weather was just perfect during my visit. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic facilities in good condition.
Access to the hotel is generally easy, though the last 1.5 km of the road is a bit rough. It took about 15 minutes to drive through, but it’s manageable and safe even for a sedan car.
One small downside was the window insect net – one side was faulty and the other didn’t have a net at all, so I couldn’t open both windows for cross ventilation without letting insects in. Still, it didn’t ruin the experience.
Overall, a peaceful retreat that’s worth visiting if you’re okay with a slightly bumpy ride at the end."

"Kondisi villa sangat bagus . Villa dengan design rumah ala jepang yang minimalis dan udara sangat sejuk.
Pelayanan dan service sangat2 baikk . Receptionist ( Mba Wina & Alfitri ) very helpful dan ramah.
Kekurangannya :
- fasilitas di sekitar villa kurang Ok seperti tidak terlalu terawat
- Kolam renang hanya untuk anak2 dan air dingin banget serta kurang bersih
- pintu kamar mandi 2x rusak dan terkunci sndri tidak bsa dibuka ( tetapi staff langsung segera benerin )
Overall cukup puas karena Villanya Ok staff ramah
Tetapi fasilitas di sekitar villa kurang OK dan lengkap.
Alangkah lebih baik ada kolam yg airnya hangat atau ada playground untuk anak2 bermain"

UUtente ospiteE'molto comodo per tutti e tre di noi. Quando sono arrivato, ho avuto una stanza dove la porta del bagno non poteva essere chiusa, quindi ho dovuto scoprire il motivo per sradicarla.Ma finora... È stato molto soddisfacente la notte più vicino alla nostra destinazione turistica.

Per colazione, il cibo è delizioso.Solo le noodles di riso sono messe in tasca.

IIfah NHotel is uphill so you will be away from the hustle and bustle of the busy city noise. Loved the location however it is surrounded with lush greeneries & there will be insects and moths around the hotel. It will nkt be ideal if those who are scared of creepy crawlies. Also downside of the rooms i’ve chosed, there is no lifts but they are super helpful in helping bringing down/ up your luggages. Service is wonderful as we have some issues with the key card room, they are alwaya reachable via whatsapp number. The employees always greet you with smile whenever they passed you around the hotel area.
