Hotel in zona Calzedonia, Parole

La stanza era pulita e il colazione era ordinato.Il personale del conteggio era amichevole e c'era una piccola distanza dalla città.

La TV non è intelligente, un po' deludente, ma anche il piano superiore è stato costruito al mattino, producendo un certo rumore.

Abbiamo raggiunto l'hotel alle 4:00. Non c'è posto per parcheggiare, quindi sono andato a controllare e trovare il valet. Ho chiesto al signore sul desk di valet e ha detto che non aveva niente a che fare con il valet. Sono occupati e devo aspettare fuori. Ho detto bene. Ho chiesto se sapesse dove fosse il ristorante che ho prenotato e non era una pista e poi tira fuori una lista di ristoranti e dice che è sulla lista. Dove è? La sua risposta è sulla lista. Ok. Ovviamente non capiva l’inglese, quindi pensavo che chiederei al valet. Sono andato al valet e mi ha detto che non siamo nel palazzo principale e che non ha tempo per aiutarci. Non era sicuro se potesse valer la macchina. Mi ha detto di lasciare la macchina e di portare il bagaglio all'edificio che stai per rimanere. Beh, è finito a circa 5 isolati dalle passeggiate di coperchio in alto. Ok, tanto per il servizio clienti. Non mi sono reso conto che non ci prendevano cura di nessuna. Non c'è servizio al cliente! Non posso credere che abbia pagato così tanto e che era una stanza di dimensioni di una scatola di scarpe senza servizio.

Bella vista! Buon servizio di reception. Mi è piaciuto il soggiorno per un bel viaggio di coppia?

Molto pulito. Il personale della reception era disponibile e cortese. Hotel era tranquillo e aggiornato. Buona posizione. Vicino a ristoranti e autostrada principale. Il cibo era fresco ma aveva bisogno di un'ampia selezione di frutta. Belle opzioni per la colazione. L'unico problema che abbiamo avuto è che il rubinetto del bagno era un po' staccato dal lavandino ed era un po' traballante. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui.

This particular TownPlace Suites carries the Marriott name but not the quality. It's very difficult to write a bad Marriott review but this location has a long way to go before it will have you Marriott satisfied. Most of the staff is very nice, I actually stayed for a week last month and locked my keys in my vehicle the day I was to check out. The front desk went out of the way to give me extended access to the room until I was able to gain access to my vehicle. I returned the next week to a completely different experience. There was a fill in staffer that was unable to create reservations and check in guest. I had to remain in my vehicle from 3 am until 7 am when another front desk agent arrived. I asked to use the bathroom in the lobby since I had to wait outside 4 hours. I was told only registered guest could use the lobby restroom. I would have been a registered guest with a room if they had adequate staffing. I literally had to argue with the woman on duty to allow me to use the bathroom since I had to return to my vehicle to sleep. Marriott? Not. I checked out after getting some rest finished my week stay at another hotel just across the street. Better price and better service. But since I am and always will be a Marriott guest, a month later I came back. I reserved for three nights. I always arrive early in the morning and this time I arrived at 3:30 am. The front desk was downloading it's computer so again, I had to wait for service.... Instead of booking my three night reservation I was told to book for one night then rebook the rest of my stay the next morning. The next morning I was advised the hotel was completely sold out and I would not be able to complete my reservation. Asking for management only made the situation worse. All kinds of excuses but no customer service. No accountability. No accommodation. In 30 years I have never called corporate but I had to this time. Then, the general manager started backtracking. Then a room became available, she moved some things around. 30 minutes later too many excuses later... no thank you. I was told I had half hour to vacate the room or I would be charged an additional day as a threat against me contacting the corporate office. To make matters worse, the same general manager modified my folio receipt to make it appear I was checked in for 3 days/2 nights although I was only there 8.5 hours. How was it resolved? Not with more service but with more excuses. I went to a Hilton and finished my reservation. Better price better service and the tvs work. If you are reading this you have been warned. This property does not operate at Marriott level standards. Go anywhere else if you want to be treated like a paying guest.
