Fantastico
CChristiaan JacoIl personale e le strutture erano grandi, così amichevole e professionale. Tutto era davvero pulito e bello parte della squadra di prenotazione (proprietario) che ha deciso di cambiare la mia prenotazione senza comunicazione o conferma che ha portato a emozioni inutili con la mancanza di responsabilità per le sue azioni e incoerenza in Messaggi.
Per questo motivo non rimarrò più lì

Da salutarci alla porta alla ricezione, tutto andò bene la signora al divano era assolutamente sorprendente.
La zona è tranquilla e ci sono molti animali da vedere intorno.
Le camere erano belle e tutto quello che avete bisogno era lì.Il personale è estremamente amichevole e utile.
Il colazione è stato eccellente 👌
Ci sono alcuni ristoranti nella zona solo chiedere e vi guideranno lì.
Assicurati di pagare la tassa di conservazione quando si entra in Dinokeng e ottenere un permesso di riserva di gioco auto.
Sarei sicuramente tornato e rimasto più a lungo!

FFiorenzaThe hotel has an adorable maroccan style and is located in a very safe area of Centurion. The staff was adorable and so helpful to explain and giving direction. Was lovely that once I’ve back in the room after dinner they prepared my bed for bedtime, opened the heater and left me the dental kit a long with a nice small chocolate block. Breakfast as well was very delicious and served at Zagora restaurant which has very chilled vibes. No idea if I will be back soon in South Africa but if I will do, I will choose once again to stay with them.

Non potevo usare la piscina perché era pulita.La casa degli ospiti è convenientemente situata in una parte relativamente sicura del Pretoria Est e è vicino ai grandi centri.

UUtente ospiteUpon arrival, check-in at reception was smooth. We were provided with our room key and directed to our accommodation, which required us to drive to the other side of the estate. However, when we reached the room, the key did not work. We walked back to reception, where we were informed that a network issue had prevented the key from being properly programmed. The receptionist, who was very helpful, offered to accompany us to the room and opened it using a master key. She assured us that a functioning key would be delivered as soon as the network was restored.
Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed that it had not been cleaned. The window sill was sticky with what appeared to be beverage spills, the floor was dirty, the bathroom mats were not fresh, and most concerning, there were rat droppings on the window sill, on the floor behind the curtains, and behind the door. I contacted reception to request housekeeping and asked to speak with a manager, as the condition of the room was unacceptable. A housekeeping staff member arrived, but I requested that cleaning not proceed until the housekeeping manager assessed the situation. The manager quickly confirmed that the room had indeed not been cleaned and that there were clear signs of rodent activity. She apologised sincerely, asked us to wait while the room was cleaned, and said she would escalate the matter to the rooms division. While waiting on the terrace outside, we noticed a mouse in the bushes, which explained the droppings found inside.
After the room was cleaned, the manager returned, apologised again, and informed us that a complimentary bottle of wine had been arranged for us. We told her about the mouse we had seen and expressed that we did not feel comfortable staying in that room. She went back to speak with the rooms division, and we waited in the bar. An hour later, she returned with keys to a new room and directed us there. The replacement room was clean, though the entire experience made for a rocky start to our stay.
The following day, after breakfast, we returned to our room to find that the terrace doors had been removed and two maintenance staff were working. This came as an unexpected surprise, as no one had informed us that repairs would be taking place. We decided to return to the bar to allow the work to be completed. As we were celebrating a birthday that day, the housekeeping manager kindly arranged for our room to be decorated with a birthday message.
From that point onward, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay thanks to the exceptional customer service at the restaurants, bars, and spa. In particular, we would like to recognise Moses, Regal, and Tebogo at Kingsley Restaurant; Sibongile at Granatas; and Mandy at the spa for their outstanding hospitality. They truly made our stay memorable.
Overall, despite the challenges we experienced upon arrival, we had a lovely stay. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making my mother’s birthday special.

Sono amichevoli e utili che abbiamo avuto il trattamento di royalty!
Il 100% raccomanda di rimanere qui.
La stanza era fantastica, la temperatura era comoda per questo tempo freddo e la VISIONE era spettacolare !!!!!
L'alloggio è anche sicuro per una bella corsa o una passeggiata della natura.

Only 400m to the Supersport park cricket stadium, adjacent to the mall and closest to the Gaustrain station, there is nothing yoou worry about while here. Privacy is toptier🤞🤞

YYvonne NgemaWe came from Stay Easy Mbombela in Mpumalanga which we came to know was renovated maybe 2 years back and looks stunning so our expectations were high. Stay Easy Pretoria has an old style inside the rooms, the furniture is just brown with no personality. We didn’t have a fridge like we did in MP. There was an ice machine on each floor. The dining area is small and as there was a soccer team it got full quickly and it was hard to move around. I wouldn’t really say it was value for money.

However, the noisy was so bad. People were screaming and singing, talking. I even ran out of the room due to hearing a woman screaming so bad. If I was not too tired, I would've stayed up all night. Maybe because it was a Friday night. If you don't mind noise while you sleep, it's ok to stay with many people.

UUtente ospiteLa mia prima notte, mi fu data una biancheria distinta e la rimetterò alla casa delle signore, e poi la mia stanza fu pulita il giorno dopo, e le tovaglie sporche furono prese, ma non sostituite con quelle pulite. Io sono andato al ricevimento per informarla, perché la signora in carica non risponde alle mie chiamate dalla stanza, e mi ha promesso di portare i puliti asciugamani nella mia stanza, ma non sono mai arrivati. La mattina dopo ho dovuto fare una doccia senza asciugamani.
