Hotel con parcheggio a Cape Canaveral

Abbiamo preso un aereo a Charlotte dopo 16 ore di ritardo e numerosi collegamenti mancanti, e abbiamo chiamato per farli sapere che non andavamo in città per poter rimanere. Anche se era un tasso non rimborsabile, è completamente bull**** quando è completamente fuori dal nostro controllo. Tra Trip.com e questo hotel ci hanno completamente messo per $200+ e probabilmente hanno affittato la stanza comunque perché sapevano che non saremmo stati li. Sfortunatamente, perché volevamo rimanere in questo resort. Ora non lo faremo mai. Il peggio? Ci hanno detto che tutto quello che dovevamo fare era avere trip.com chiamata e la rimborsare, quindi trip.com diciamo che si sono rifiutati...Quindi o il signore del viaggio o lo hanno fatto. In ogni caso, entrambi hanno perso i clienti oggi!

Hotel nuovo, pulito, tranquillo ci dorme molto bene. camera spaziale . A 20 minuti da KSC . E 15 minuti da cocoa beach. Molto buon posto . Pittino dej pratico. Piscina non riscaldata. Tre buon resto di pesce ( caro ma molto raffinato) grasso snok a 15 min o tiki bar grill a 4 min in auto sul porto ( economico) .

The accommodations were spacious. Before our cruise we booked a one bedroom. After cruise upgraded to a 2 bedroom. Because I am a reward member. Beautiful. Pool was great. Restaurant so so.. I didn't like to go to bar to order . Then food was brought. Refill on soda was very nice extra. Nothing around we had friends so they drove to dinner. We had no car this trip. So it's limiting. So gift shop. Be nice to have a minimal and a small novelty store for. Last minute souvenirs. I liked it altho our elevator was out near our unit the entire time.

The staff checking in was nice. Very helpful and explained everything about cruise parking and shuttle (they cater to the cruisers very well). The outdoor pool and bar area is one of the nicest at a Hilton outside the resorts. We checked into our room and the TV in the bedroom didnt work. Called down to the front desk 3 times to no answer. Finally went down. They sent someone from maintenance up. He determined the TV was dead. Since he could not replace it they moved us down 2 floors to a different room. We packed up all our stuff and moved. When we got down there the bathtub looked like a crime scene. There was red dried spots all over the bottom of the tub and the covering on the tub floor was peeling off. Called down to the front desk again and let them know. Instead of waiting we walked down. As we came into the lobby we heard ”yeah they are complaining again”. Like having a working TV or a bathtub that didnt look like it was a CSI episode was too much to ask. The maintenance person went up to our room and came back down and immediately went into the back room. He came out a few minutes later and told us that obviously that bathtub should not be used, however, they didnt have another room. So we could stay in the bathtub horror room and then in the morning could go back to the first room and shower. We declined this and just went back to the original room and slept there. The maintenance guy did say that because of the trouble he just talked to the manager and they would comp our room. We stayed with the non-working TV and it was fine. The rub, however, is that the manager never did comp our room. We paid with Hilton points and they where never refunded. I reached out to Hilton, they said I had to call the hotel. Ive called the hotel twice and left messages and never heard back. Shame cause the hotel had potential but with there being two problems in two rooms and no follow-up on promises, not worth the trouble to stay there.

Grande posizione per coloro che si concentrano sul centro spaziale conosciuto o in crociera. Camere grandi con attrezzature di cucina. Camere lavanderia ragionevolmente prezzi. Attrezzature sportive adeguate con palla da ginnastica, piscina e palla da basket. La stazione di carico EV gratuita, anche se ci sono solo due disponibili. Colazione è buona e ciò che si ottiene di solito in residenza in generale. Letti molto confortevoli e comodi Sarebbe stato meglio se ci fossero più stazioni di carico auto, più pulite e più grande piscina, ma questo è per arrivare a 10/10 da 9/10.

Overall this is a great place to stay. We did the stay and park for a cruise we were taking with the terminal across the street. The room was great! Very clean, smelled good, beds were comfortable, bathroom and shower is large. Hallways, food area all great and clean. Only con I have is the staff. One lady in particular. Looks older, glasses, short yellow blonde hair. Rude is an understatement. While in line to check in she was on the phone with a customer and actually said, ”let me just stop you there, I don't need to hear anymore, you've called the wrong place, you need to call .....” then said, ”I already told you that you've not called the right place, I don't need to hear what you are saying”. Then after the phone call she looked at me and said, ”what do you need”. I said, ”well I'd like to check in”. She was not friendly or welcoming at all. I was highly disappointed. Her attitude actually had me commenting to my spouse that maybe I chose the wrong place to stay! Later in the day I came down to purchase something out of the snack/drink area and ask the young man at the desk if I could pay in cash or did I need my card and she interrupted her coworker and said, ”he doesn't take cash but I will so just bring it here”. I remained friendly and thanked her. We had stayed in another area the night before at a Holiday Inn Express and the difference between the two was the Hostess/front desk. This lady should not be behind the counter. She is rude and not friendly at all!

Perche'scegliere la nave da crociera è vicino al porto, è ancora più inaspettato, più nuovo, tranquillo, aria condizionata non è fredda, il letto è anche più comodo, la stanza può anche cucinare, caldo, semplice, ma non abbiamo bisogno di una notte. Non male, naturalmente, l'hotel sa che c'è una nave da crociera, quindi è abbastanza per fare il prezzo sul posto. 2-3000 prezzo, come dire che Xiao Xiang può dire il rapporto prezzo quasi.
