Hotel con parcheggio a Surat Thani

Questo è davvero un posto 10/10. Mio marito e il mio posto preferito abbiamo soggiornato, questo viaggio in Thailandia. Abbiamo già deciso di voler tornare, con amici, la prossima volta. Volevamo un posto per tagliare la nostra auto a Bangkok e non avevamo idea di Sarat Thani e la zona circostante aveva così tanto da offrire. Il signor Pongsak, il proprietario, non poteva essere più bello, è così pensante e investito nel garantire che chiunque rimanga abbia la migliore esperienza e condivida la sua conoscenza della zona e di tutto ciò che è da fare e vedere. Conducevamo una macchina affittata e trovavamo la sua presenza tranquilla e rilassante, così vicina alla città, ai mercati e a molti cibi disgustosi. Non possiamo aspettare di condividere questa gemma con gli amici e provare le altre cabine. Il ponte con tutti i suoi pesci è anche una splendida caratteristica acquatica. Aprirono nel 2025 e stanno costruendo una terza cabina, moderna e ancora così affascinante e rilassante. Non possiamo aspettare che torniamo al nostro prossimo viaggio. La mia unica preoccupazione è che sia un posto così grande e sarà così popolare, dovremo prenotare bene in anticipo la prossima volta! Grazie per tutto. The hotel was ok nothing special, however I only stayed 1 night as I was just passing through. 7 11 very close along with a small market and a walk over a little bridge to the smallest named island ive ever been to in Thailand.

Positive : Good location, clean room and size of the room is quite comfortable for family even though you booked standard room. Negative: 1. I booked the room for 2 night but the keycard set for 1 night when I asked staff said its for safety reason. This is the first time I my life to hear this such a thing. They said even guest stay for 10 nights they have to extend key card everyday. 2. Staff at front desk didn't provide any information even for breakfast ticket they gave me just for 1 day. I cant be bothered to ask amd just wanted to leave this hotel. 3. There is no service mind at all for all apart from the Bellman who have outstanding service, this is similar comment I found from previous guest too. 4. I got a call twice after my first night stay , they told me the check out time today in 10 mins then I asked them to check they said sorry in theor system their colleagues mentioned for 1 night only. 20 mins later they called me on my mobile phone and said I have to check out in 15 mins. They make it worst !!! 5. Lastly the simple amenity such as hair dryer they charge 50 bath. Available at reception. 6. This hotel doesn't provide lunch or dinner service even though there is menu in the room. You cannot order. Lastly, I will never come back again.

La posizione è molto buona. I ristoranti e i trasporti sono vicini, c'è un grande magazzino. Ci sono già stato 4 volte. Proprio accanto il rumore degli uccelli è un po' rumoroso. Il pavimento del bagno è un po' scivoloso. I dipendenti forniscono un buon servizio.

L'hotel è moderno ma molto sottili muri portano il rumore dal tetto e da altre camere. Kettle e mugs forniti ma nessun caffè!! Per la prima volta ho soggiornato in un hotel che non aveva caffè nella stanza molto strano. La TV è molto vecchia e non è in inglese. La cosa più irritante è la luce balcone che non può essere spostata, quindi la stanza è piena di luce artificiale bianca anche dopo che la cortina è stata disegnata. Non ha senso.

This one is super close to the Night Market, a super authentic local night market with local Thai prices. The building itself and walls have already aged and it is not a modern hotel anymore, although the reception area is well maintained. AC and TV worked well in the room (however no SmartTV). Mattress was good, rather a hard one, which is common in Thailand and which I do prefer. Staff was professional and spoke very good English. The shower and bathroom is as on the pictures, clean and comfortable - actually the strongest point of the rooms, together with the fridge and selection of fairly priced minibar items. Cleanliness could be a bit better, e.g. apparently nobody is cleaning under the bed (found some clothing items of previous guests). The LED installation behind the bed is also quite dusty, which is a design mistake and obviously hard to keep clean - this could be designed differently after a renovation. Remark to hotel staff: in order to keep rooms cool, which are exposed to sun, it would make sense to close the curtains before a new guest arrives. This would also save you AC cost and make the arrival even more comfortable. Future guests: take note of a 300 THB deposit in cash, which is mainly for the minibar I believe. The hotel informs about the deposit in the terms of Service on Trip.com, which is good. I got the deposit back after staying one night and after deduction of consumed items. All in all, considering the price and location, I would come and book again, especially if you are staying just 1-2 nights in transit. The hotel is also walking distance to Phantip and Phangan Tour 2000 bus offices, which provide transfers to e.g. Koh Samui or Phuket Town.

La piscina è bellissima, ti fa sentire come se fossi in un paradiso tropicale. L'hotel è un po' trascurato/datato ma le camere sono pulite e il personale è cordiale. A parte un centro commerciale Lotus dall'altra parte della strada e un centro commerciale più grande, il Central Plaza Mall, a cinque minuti di macchina, non c'è molto altro nei dintorni, ma dato che siamo stati qui solo per una notte prima di un trasferimento a Khao Sok, andava bene e a £ 17 a notte non ci si poteva davvero lamentare. Abbiamo trovato un ristorante fantastico a un paio di minuti a piedi e ci siamo seduti fuori e abbiamo mangiato ”hot pot” con alcuni residenti locali. La colazione è stata l'unica pecca, il cibo è stato lasciato scoperto quindi era freddo e c'erano mosche intorno.

Ho trascorso le mie ultime 8 notti in Thailandia all'Hotel Regent come volevo solo chillax dopo 2 mesi di viaggio! Mi piaceva il mio tempo lì. Il personale è estremamente utile e Google Translate è grande per la comunicazione. La mia stanza era HUGE! Il condominio è stato eccellente (Rm304)! La camera da bagno aveva una parete che separava il bagno dalla doccia e questo era grande! La doccia elettrica era perfetta. Il personale di pulizia lavora duro. Il giardiniere è sempre in marcia e mantiene l'area esterna pulita senza spot. Ben fatto per lui. Lo spazio del guardaroba era super e il magazzinaggio era anche grande. La mia unica denuncia (e questo per ogni camera d'albergo in Thailandia) è la mancanza di doppio vetro per evitare il rumore dal traffico principale rosd. Altrimenti tutto è stato grande all'hotel Grazie.

Per i soldi che abbiamo pagato abbiamo quello che abbiamo. E' un vecchio hotel, ma era pulito. Purtroppo forniscono solo un piccolo sapone, carta da bagno e asciugamani, nessun shampoo, condizionatore o gel da doccia. Il male era che la stanza dei fan non aveva acqua calda che ci sorprendeva, e sopra di questo non avevamo un giusto giacca per coprirci, ma un asciugamano che non era così grande, così ci combattevamo con il freddo durante la notte. Inoltre, si può sentire tutto intorno, perché la stanza ha un grande apertura nella sala principale coperta di qualcosa come una pendenza, così si può vedere lanciare e ovviamente sentire chiunque passa. Il bagno aveva lo stesso problema, le pareti non sono costruite fino al tetto, quindi puoi sentire tutto quello che accade nella stanza ...

L'appartamento sembrava un po' datato, ma nel complesso andava bene. A dire il vero, il letto era un po' polveroso e ci hanno fornito solo due cuscini.
