Negative points • Although I booked a twin room, they told there were none available. The first room they showed me on the second floor was extremely noisy due to loud music and vibrations from the restaurant and event space. The next room they offered faced the road, but the wall was not soundproof and the outside noise was very disturbing. • When I tried to speak with the manager, there was no manager available on Sundays. If the manager is off, there should be someone acting on their behalf. • The restaurant had many flies. There were both soft-boiled and hard-boiled eggs, but even the “hard-boiled” ones were half-cooked inside. When I asked for a properly hard-boiled egg, one of the kitchen staff gave me an unpleasant look, and even after asking, the egg was still undercooked (photo). The male kitchen staff were unfriendly, and it was impossible to order any egg dishes comfortably. • The corridor lights turn off automatically, making it pitch dark and creepy. Recentemente sono rimasto per due notti al Radisson Blu e ho avuto una fantastica esperienza. La stanza era senza spot e mi sono salutata con un'ottima cura di benvenuto. Le strutture di fitness erano di prima qualità, e il personale era estremamente caldo e accogliente, rendendo il mio soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La posizione offre molte attività e attrazioni nelle vicinanze, e la zona viene davvero vivere di notte, rendendola grande per un passo rilassante. Con numerosi ristoranti nelle vicinanze, consiglio molto questo hotel per chiunque visita la zona.

The reception staff were welcoming and had a sense of humour. The hotel is comfortable and the breakfast buffet has a great choice of foods. I'll definitely stay there again when next in Kigali.

The food at all hotel restaurants is very appetizing even if you are thinspo. The water pressure and quality is perfect both in Shower and Tub, the curtains, linen, robes, and towels are very clean. In Kigali Marriott you feel the permanent undetected presence of a Great person a guardian angel...Whose priority is to keep everything perfect ...this always a good sign of Great Luxury Hotel 👍 If you are fortunate to afford Living in Kigali Marriott while in Rwanda 🇷🇼, do it...You will be welcomed by smiling Anna or of her equallybattentive peers at reception every morning!... If you want anything...anything at all..feel free to ask the conceirge desk and they will eagerly make it happen! The food is tasty as I mentioned this already... I have no photos of unengaged food... Good food triggers impulsive outbursts 😊

La nostra stanza è dotata di un grande balcone all'aperto. Anche se la stanza degli amici non ha balcone è dotata di una sala da pranzo. È molto più comodo di un metro normale. La ricezione dell'hotel è molto entusiasta. È anche molto buono per noi prenotare il conducente al parco nazionale. Il servizio di ricezione della prenotazione per posta è buono quando andiamo La colazione è molto buona. Ho ordinato la torta di cibo, molto deliziosa, e la tassa di piccoli ci ha incluso nella tassa di cibo.La mancanza di me è che il conducente dopo aver fatto una prenotazione all'hotel all'aeroporto ci ha chiesto 60 coltelli, mentre la reception ci ha detto 35 coltelli prima.

Hello I’m Max . I have stayed at this hotel for two nights from 7/30/25 to 7/31/25. It’s a great place to stay and very clean and convenient from the airport I believe less than 10 mn . The food was good and affordable , the breakfast was included but you don’t have much option. You get it delivered to your room or get it delivered to the restaurant upstairs. The room is spacious. My only complaint that : there is a lot of early morning noise from the hotel staff , I mean so much noise from the staff. Other than that everything else was okay. I will definitely recommend it to anyone in town or visiting Kigali .

La Natura Kigali era la più bella esperienza. Strategicamente situato, delizioso colazione, caldo e amichevole, sorprendente, personale alloggiante. Il proprietario Hugh è molto amichevole. Siamo stati a casa lontani da casa. Grande valore per soldi. Il cibo è così popolare che è ben frequentato. Ci sono negozi a piedi di distanza .....Cosa posso dire.. Lo consiglierei per chiunque vuole rimanere in un hotel di bilancio spick e span. Lo farei di nuovo!

Great Hotel close to the Central Kigali district with easy commute into the car free zone. Food & Drink is very reasonable price and of good quality. Swimming pool unfortunately is in the shade from the afternoon but still a pleasant area to sit around and enjoy a sundowner. Great Barista Coffee, steak dinner is highly recommended. Afternoon Buffet is reasonable and has a fantastic choice of good quality foods, deserts & fruits

Avrei inviato 2 email per informare l'alloggio che avrei controllato al 2.30 am; nessuno era in ricezione quando sono arrivato. Aveva da aspettare 20 minuti per mostrare. Avrebbero messo in camera molto alta accanto alla strada molto occupata. Alla fine mi hanno portato a una stanza più tranquilla, ma hanno sentito ancora il rumore di costruzione che si scontrava con il quartiere tutta la notte. Ho lasciato un consiglio di 10.000 franchi per cena una notte, che fu sbagliato a controllare il conto per 10 dollari. E' bella, ma ho un paio di cose...
