Hotel con parcheggio a Salalah

L'hotel è in una buona posizione a circa 5/7 minuti dall'aeroporto. È un resort, al 1° piano del Gardens Mall Salalah. Abbiamo avuto problemi quando siamo arrivati, ci hanno dato una camera standard mentre avevamo prenotato una camera king (il personale ci ha detto, si riferisce alle dimensioni del letto) che questo non dovrebbe essere il titolo dell'annuncio (camera king ecc.). Abbiamo contattato un trio che è stato estremamente disponibile, l'intero team, prontamente. Se fosse stata una società europea, Dio ci aiuti, onestamente (sappiamo tutti che quando si tratta di crisi, la maggior parte non è all'altezza del proprio discorso di vendita). Ci siamo presi la responsabilità anche noi e abbiamo parlato con il direttore in merito a questo problema, che è stato felice di farci passare a una camera molto buona. Abbiamo trascorso una notte nella camera standard ma era comunque una camera molto decente. Come detto prima, siamo andati in giro per la zona, quindi non siamo sicuri del cibo, situato in una posizione comoda, prendi l'ascensore direttamente fino al centro commerciale, ha un ipermercato (Carrefour) e Lulu è a piedi dal centro commerciale (non è possibile camminare, puoi farlo, è un po' distante senza accesso pedonale). Personale cordiale, tranne una signora alla reception che quando ha chiesto due bicchieri ha inviato le tazze più piccole tramite il servizio in camera (i bicchieri sono solo per il ristorante, ci è stato detto), ma un'altra gentile signora alla reception la mattina (quando richiesto ce li ha inviati). Ci torneremmo? Sì, lo faremmo, ma assicurati di controllare quale stanza stai prenotando. Tanto di cappello a trip.com per essere stata con noi per tutto il tempo. La spiaggia è raggiungibile in taxi, la foto qui è della spiaggia di Al Haffah e l'incenso viene selezionato dai lavoratori del Bangladesh. Ricordati di acquistare il tuo Lubaan da Salalah per un prezzo più basso e una qualità migliore. Grazie ad Amjad e al direttore per l'upgrade. Ma Salaama

Per aiutare i colleghi dell'azienda a prenotare hotel, consiglio dei clienti, 15 minuti di auto dall'aeroporto, il prezzo è anche più pratico.

Номера большие, чистые. На пляж и обратно трансфер по 3 раза в день. Завтрак и ужин хорошие, много фруктов. Бронировали два отеля: Плазу и потом на берегу, но без еды. В итоге нам так понравилось, что отменили вторую бронь и продлили Плазу

Stayed: 3 days during a first visit to discover beautiful Salalah. Overall impression: The hotel was overall less than expected compared to the pictures, which look nicer than the reality. Room: Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Service: Service was correct and professional, without being particularly notable. Breakfast: Breakfast was basic for a 4-star hotel. Instant coffee was served in the morning. When ordering coffee separately, Arabic coffee was served, which was not to my taste and was charged extra. Location: Hotel is centrally located, but taxis are still needed to move around. Overall: An acceptable stay for a first visit to Salalah, but expectations should be set accordingly.

L'hotel in linea generale è buono, ma le camere potrebbero essere migliorate come le scarpe, la copertina, il caffè e le amenities. Non è stato accettato che i succhi di colazione non siano naturali per questa categoria. Il ristorante della spiaggia (Palm Grove) ha delle salate e delle pizza deliziose.

Very nice hotel in ideal location. It is on the Mwasalat airport bus route. You can easily see the building from outside and there is a mosque almost opposite two minutes walk. There is a restaurant next door selling reasonable price food and bakery items. For Asian food, English tea or burgers and chips there is a very nice coffee shop if you take two rights out of the hotel. Grocery shops are within walking distance as is the Sultan Qaboos mosque. In fact if you like walking like me then it's easy to visit the beach, hafa souq, fruit market, The hotel has a nice exterior, fresh coffee in the lobby and a nice frankincense fragrance. The receptionists are polite and friendly, as are the cleaning staff. The hotel is clean and there is a laundry service too. There is disabled access outside and a lift for ease of daily use for everyone. The room was clean with bathroom and free soap and tissue paper. There was a fridge in the room and tv. Most of the rooms have windows. Mine didn't but the manager offered to swap it. I stayed as it was good for sleep and it has a mini window for light. Anyway I cannot complain as the manager was so helpful. The bed was just right for me and the linen was fresh( I didn't take a photo as my photos was all taken last minute) It was nice and clean overall and the pace of Salalah is just right for me and plenty of walking opportunities. Many Arab people stay here too. It is one of the better hotels due to the bus route and the location. I am glad I found it on this app. The price was good too

The room was much more spacious than i was expecting from the property photos. Breakfast is good, more than enough to support one through a long and intense day :) Employees are nice and helpful. If you want your room cleaned, though, you better remind them.

È stato un ottimo soggiorno. La stanza era molto ampia con bellissima vista sul mare. Ottima pulizia giornaliera. Il personale cordiale e molto disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la flessibilità negli orari di check in e check out. La posizione perfetta: appena esci ti trovi subito in spiaggia. La colazione è un pò cara. Ci tornerei volentieri.

L'hotel è grande per godere di pace e tranquillità.Ha una bella spiaggia e piscina. Inoltre, buona scelta di cibo per colazione e cena, anche se un po 'spicace. Molto caldo benvenuto e un ottimo servizio da parte della squadra dell'hotel.

Nice hotel within vicinity of several food establishments including next door and has mosques nearby. It is on the bus route. The famous Sultan mosque is in walking distance. It is a nice and calm hotel and no noise from fellow guests. I went in November and stayed one week Lift has ramp for luggage and lifts. It is a calm place. Room is nice and clean with furniture. Bathroom is also nice and clean. Complementary toiletries. Staff are very polite and also arranged for some frankincense for my room. I have never used it before so that was really nice of them
