This is a superb place to stay at teluk nipah, night time is happening and you can see so many choices of food and if u plan to hv trip during school holidays theres fireshow just straight ahead from this place. Theres atv nearby as well.

Very mixed experience. Good location. Overall hotel condition is good. Check-in and check out was fast and efficient, and the staff—including the manager—handled issues professionally. After a serious bathroom flooding problem with a strong sewage smell, we were moved to a clean room, given a late checkout, and a kind apology. The restaurant was very disappointing. The shrimp and melon cocktail arrived without melon, with undercooked shrimp and an overwhelming amount of mayonnaise instead of the advertised dressing. After complain they gave us a plate of fresh melon and watermelon but still in a huge amout of mayonnaise.The pizza was also badly overcooked. They also offer to replace it but we were already fed up of waiting time and overall, the food felt careless and not up to standard. As mentioned in many review bedsheets were grayish, stained, and we found hairs on them, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Breakfast was simple but okay. Overall: Very good staff response, but major improvements needed in food quality and linen condition.

La nostra camera è abbastanza spaziosa per 3 persone e un balcone. La stanza è pulita e pulita. Tutto è semplicemente conveniente per me. Pro: 1. Si dispone di lavanderia, negozio di cibo (thai & sate stall a notte), 7E & e pochi negozi di dovere gratuito. 2. Molti posti di parcheggio sono anche per poter parcheggiare ovunque se noleggi auto o biciclette. 3. Hanno un distributore d'acqua nel lobby ( hanno muffole, tasca di caffè e tè) & livello 2. Forniscono anche una bottiglia di acqua minerale Coni: 1.no Ascensore come necessario per portare le scale nella tua stanza. Quindi è piuttosto scomodo per gli anziani e le persone con disabilità fisica. 2. Durante il mio soggiorno, forniscono solo sapone e champagne, ma ho il mio, quindi non m'importa 3. La TV intelligente ha solo tre canali. Quindi, divertitevi se ne avete bisogno.

Buona sistemazione, la dimensione della stanza è molto ampia e la pulizia è mantenuta, c'è un forno ma entrambi sono rotti, ma può ancora essere migliorato in termini di altri servizi, ad esempio un chiosco di snack o un minimarket

The room that we got to stay in was very clean and neat. The Tv was a smart Tv and the picture quality was extremely good unlike some hotels that we stayed in before. The water heater worked perfectly. The bed was clean and tidy.No issues with the cleaning service. The floor was clean. The bathroom was spotless. The given shampoo and bathing soap smelled good. In a nutshell, I would definitely pick this hotel again each time I visit Sitiawan. Thank you (Sorry for any English errors😊)

We had an unpleasant experience at this hotel. We booked a 2-night stay, and upon arrival, the receptionist assigned us a room on Level 1. However, we soon discovered that the door lock was faulty and could not be secured. We requested a room change, which the receptionist approved, and we were moved to a room on Level 2. The first night was fine, but on the second night, the air conditioning stopped working, leaving us in an uncomfortably hot room. When I informed the receptionist, she stated that all rooms were fully booked, despite a higher-priced room still being available. At 4 a.m., I could no longer endure the heat and insisted on a solution. Eventually, at 6 a.m., we were moved to the higher-priced room on Level 1.

Enjoy and happy for our trip. Easy location. Good service and facilities. Near the center city. Clean and comfortable rooms with complete facilities. Worth and satisfied with the value of money paid for the accommodation.
