DDean Toone2nd time of staying at this hotel and a bit of a let down this time. Not sure if new management but everything is run on a very tight budget. The reviews look good but for a hotel that's been open since 2020 and it to have less than 10 reviews that speaks for itself. My last review was not there either so looks like previous ones have been wipped.
Breakfast was included in the price, but choice was very poor. Its either noodles or eggs and toast. That's it. They don't have a fully stock bar to relax in after a long day like it boasts. They do not have any spirits and don't even have any beer. All they have is red wine, and they will only sell you it by the bottle.
Staff are nice pool was nice and room was clean but its a good 2 star at best and certainly not worth the price charge.
To the hotel, suggest you amend your write-up of the hotel as its now misleading on so many fronts.
Sorry, it's not like me to give a negative review but you have a long way to go to be worthy of a better one.

CcocomangMolto bello hotel in un giardino tropicale a 10 minuti a piedi dal mercato e vicino al parco nazionale. Il colazione continentale è buono ma non molto variabile. La doccia non funzionava, tubi persino; robinetto rotto. Ci sono voluti 2 giorni per ripararlo completamente. Il wifi non è molto veloce. Non mi sono piaciuto le tracce di insetti schiacciati sui muri.

AAdam LindenAbbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno, grazie in gran parte alla posizione perfetta dell'hotel e al servizio eccellente.
Il personale era eccezionalmente amichevole e andava oltre e sopra per rendere la nostra visita comoda, anche per permetterci un check-out tardivo, che apprezziamo molto.
L'hotel stesso era molto pulito, e ci piaceva la piscina brillante.Mentre non c'era un buffet per colazione, le opzioni fatte per ordinare erano deliziose, con una grande selezione di riso fritto, colazione inglese e pancake.
Per la sua posizione e l'ospitalità, consigliamo molto questo hotel e sicuramente ritornerà.

TThyreakI recently visited Vakara Kep with a group of friends for a weekend trip, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel offered a perfect balance of relaxation and adventure.
The room was spacious and impeccably clean, which made us feel right at home. We really appreciated the attention to detail in the room's setup. The location of the hotel is just perfect—beautiful views and close to everything you’d want to explore in Kep. One of the best parts is its proximity to Kep National Park—I even went for a run there, and the trails were incredible, with breathtaking views of the surrounding nature.
Whether we were enjoying a peaceful morning or winding down after a day of adventures, the view never got old. The breakfast at the hotel was another highlight. The variety and quality were outstanding, and it was the perfect way to start the day before heading out to explore.
Overall, Vakara Kep offered a memorable stay with excellent service, stunning views, and a fantastic atmosphere. It’s the perfect place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable weekend getaway, with the added bonus of being so close to the beauty of Kep National Park!

UUtente ospiteWe loved our stay in the1 bedroom bungalow a lot. The decorations are very detailed. The owners will do anything to confort and help you. They are very kind. I loved having the washing machine in the room as we travel for long time. One negative point for us we used the sleeping bed in the living room but was not comfortable enough for us. I would book the bungalow with the extra bed(room) if I would come again.

UUtente ospiteIl manager dell'hotel era molto amichevole e mi ha chiesto di parlare quando sono arrivato. Gli altri membri del personale che ho parlato al bar erano carini e attenti. La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta per la spiaggia e i ristoranti vicino. Le camere hanno grandi porte in vetro per vedere il mare dalla vostra stanza facilmente. Il bar dell'hotel dispone di un sacco di bevande e un menu completo di cibo e snack. La stanza era pulita e grande - c'è una caldaia per fare tè e caffè. La prossima volta che visito Kep, sarei sicuramente rimasto qui.

LL EFWe were nicely welcomed and checked in very easily. The bungalow was quite roomy, a little hot but we had a mobile fan that was just enough. We were right in front of the swimming pool which was accessible even at night so we had one last dip to refresh before going to bed. The vegetation between the bungalows made for a nice and relaxing atmosphere.

L'acqua è molto piccola e il bagno va a correre per molto tempo!
