Hotel con parcheggio a Distretto di Shimotakai

Just wanna share my experience of staying in this beautiful hotel. 1- The location and the views from the hotel are just amazing! Especially during sunsets! 2- The personal and stuff of the hotel are super super friendly, if I could I would give 10 stars for the hospitality. 3- Onsens and the view are something out from this world 4- What I was really amazed is the kitchen and the chef that is cooking. If you stay in this hotel I highly recommend take the breakfast and dinners. You will have a high class food with a presentation and explanation of each dish by the servant. Best experience 5- Last but not the least I forgot my speaker in the hotel. The stuff brought it back the same day to me to another hotel I moved after NISHIHOPPO. So guys, less words more actions! 10 stars to this amazing hotel and it’s owner. My respect.

Durante il mio soggiorno, tutto il personale dell'hotel e il proprietario sono stati così cordiali che non ho avuto alcun disagio dovuto alla mia incapacità di parlare giapponese. Sebbene la comunicazione in inglese non fosse sempre fluida, non è stato affatto un problema. La gentilezza e l'ospitalità di ogni dipendente e membro dello staff che ho incontrato mi hanno fatto sentire così benvenuto e grato durante tutto il mio soggiorno. Grazie al servizio navetta, abbiamo potuto lasciare subito i bagagli in hotel e siamo stati portati allo Snow Monkey Park, risparmiando tempo ed energie. Abbiamo ordinato colazione e cena, e il cibo era delizioso, pulito e a buon prezzo. Tutta la nostra famiglia si è divertita moltissimo! Grazie mille.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment. The hostess is incredibly welcoming and a genuinely lovely person — she even kindly drove us to the train station, which we deeply appreciated. The breakfast was outstanding, and the onsen was beautiful and very peaceful. Having a private onsen was especially convenient, as it allowed us to enjoy the experience together as a family without needing to separate. Our room was very spacious and authentically Japanese, with excellent-quality bedding. The mattresses, pillows, and high quality shits  were exceptionally comfortable and made for a perfect night’s sleep. A lovely touch was the complimentary milk served in adorable small glass bottles — delicious and charming. The location is simply ideal: perfectly situated near public onsens and great restaurants, truly the best location one could imagine. We would happily return and highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for comfort, authenticity, and warm hospitality.

Our family made a special trip from Tokyo to Nagano, and besides exploring the surrounding attractions, watching the snow monkeys soaking in the hot springs of Nozawa, and visiting the Togakushi Shrine, the highlight of this trip was staying at Issa no Komichi Biyu no Yado. Initially, we had modest expectations, thinking of it as just another experience. However, upon arriving in the snowy Yudanaka Shibu Onsen, we were immediately impressed by the warm and professional hospitality. From the thoughtful reception to the exquisite dinner and the unique public onsen, every aspect exceeded our expectations and left us pleasantly surprised. This wasn’t just a hotel stay—it was an unforgettable journey into the heart of Japanese onsen culture. If you’re planning a trip to Nagano, this is definitely a place worth visiting to experience the perfect blend of hot springs and nature!

It's a 10 mins walk uphill from train station so maybe better to try to contact them for a complimentary pick up. The place is super grand and 2 onsens. A Instagram worthy one that the males and females get to use it at different timings. The shower stuff in the onsen are mediocre though. No fancy facial stuff for women unlike some other onsens at this price range. We had breakfast and dinner for the 2 nights. And well worth it. But you have to follow a fixed timing and we felt a bit rushed but otherwise it was really great and service perfect. We had one the biggest rooms I believe Room 716. Had a sitting area and also a sleeping area. Easily fits 8 persons. We were only 2. In the day they kept the futons and brought it out at night. Towels changed every night. There is a van that goes straight to Mount Yokoteyama ski resort. The receptionist didn't seem to know about it but you could try to Google. It was a complimentary ride to and fro if you bought the lift tickets. Took only like 30 mins to get there. You can get rentals at hotels there.

La guesthouse è situata in una posizione perfetta per visitare il piccolo paesino, comoda e accogliente. L’atmosfera è informale e gentile: ci hanno fornito chiavi, ciabattine tipiche e la yukada personale. Colazione inclusa con un panino davvero gustoso, e lo staff è stato gentilissimo anche quando siamo arrivati in ritardo: ci hanno comunque offerto da mangiare. I bagni e le docce sono in comune ma sempre puliti. L’unico vero limite è il futon a terra, che può risultare scomodo, soprattutto per chi soffre di allergie o asma a causa della moquette. Per fortuna ci hanno cambiato i cuscini dopo la prima notte, migliorando molto il comfort. Nel complesso, un’esperienza autentica, amichevole e consigliata, adatta sia a viaggiatori zaino in spalla che a famiglie

Sono molto soddisfatto della camera che ho prenotato questa volta. È molto conveniente, con colazione a buffet e cena speciale incluse. L'hotel offre il servizio di trasporto per il parco delle scimmie e la stazione. Inizialmente pensavo fosse lontano dalle sorgenti termali, ma è molto comodo da raggiungere a piedi o in autobus. Ha una piscina termale all'aperto e un negozio specializzato nella hall. Il proprietario è molto gentile e mi ha prestato un cavo per caricare la macchina fotografica. L'unico inconveniente è che il cuscino è un po' duro, forse non ci sono abituato.

Located just within 3min from Yudanaka station, Raki Onsenryokan is run by a Chinese family. As a quiet town on its own, no one was tending to the reception when I arrived, after ringing the bell, a lady came down to help with the check in - very straightforward. I believe the family stays in the same building as they said if we ever needed anything, we could just ring the bell at the reception. Obviously I had booked a room too big for a solo traveller as this was the only room left as ”non-smoking”. Toilet and sink are at two different parts of the room which was a little inconvenient. Ryokan offers free drive (15min) TO snow monkey park, but not return, so please cater at least 35min to walk from park exit to the bus stop. Ryokan also provided a hearty breakfast, overall for the price paid it was a decent stay!

Easy to go to Giant Ski Area because there is a slope to ski area directly. But I don't recommend for beginner to go ski area from this slope. And you can't go back to the hotel from this way, you have to go back by gondola to Yamanoeki and walk 300m. Too far if you walk with skies or snowboard. Yukata is not free of charge, you have to pay 300 yens for rent. There is a shower room in your room but you can't use it because there is ONLY cold water(hot water doesn't work). Some breakfast menu is not enough for customers. But dinner is ok.

這家店的女主人非常年輕漂亮、笑容滿面！氣質很好👌👍！我走訪這個「溫泉街」確實這「猿」青年旅館的價位最親民！附上拍攝的照片。一個晚上一個人不到一千台幣！這這樣的溫泉旅館真的很便宜了！The hostess of this shop is very young and beautiful with a smile on her face! The temperament is very good👌👍! I visited this ”hot spring street” and indeed the price of this ”ape” youth hostel is the most affordable! Attached are the photos taken. It's less than 1,000 Taiwan dollars per person per night! This kind of hot spring hotel is really cheap!
